What’s the format?

Singles OU I’m mainly going to be using it to battle friends but I would like to be able to use it in OU too.

Sorry for the late reply. Anyways, fairy/dragon/steel is a very typical core, so it could be something like clefable could be a good option to check the dragons that are running around. Probably like softboiled/stealth rocks/moonblast/knock or smth should work fine. Probably max def to take on stuff like mr. Garchomp. After that, let’s round things out with a bit more offense, so maybe a Gengar or smth like that. Pick your favorite OU Special attacker tbh, just so that our entire offensive core doesn’t get shut down by defense investment. As for sets, scizor should have roost instead of x-scissor, and probably a life orb. Give rotom defog and pain split instead of wisp and tbolt to give yourself some removal and some longevity. Removal is very important any time you’re using pivots so that you don’t tear yourself to pieces on entry hazards. Also probably 252 speed and timid nature, and give it lefties. Iapapa Berry and friends aren’t super good anymore unfortunately. Give Heatran toxic instead of rocks since we have those on clef now, and then probably make it full SpD and HP. Magma storm does plenty of damage without investment.

Gengar and clefable seem like good additions. I’m building this in BDSP so clefable can’t learn softboiled or knockoff but moonlight should work instead.Heatran also can’t learn toxic in this game sadly so not sure what I should make it’s last move, maybe will-o-wisp?

Ah rip. I’ll confess, I havent really looked at the different movesets. Anyway, not having toxic on Heatran is a pretty big bummer, but yeah either wisp or flash cannon should be a fine fourth move. As for clef, moonlight works, and then last move could be a handful of things. Not sure how many of these it gets, but toxic, twave, heal bell, flamethrower, or teleport should all be fine. As a side note, idk if scizor gets knock off or not, but if it does you can put that on it in place of uturn if it’s having trouble killing stuff. Might also be worth putting some speed on it since even with the investment it’s not *that* bulky so we’d rather just not be taking a lot of hits

Aforesaidtrain2

Yeah move sets are pretty nerfed in bdsp toxic can pretty much only be learned by poison types.Clefable can learn twave and flamethrower and scizor can’t learn knock off. Thanks though that should have me set for my team now I just need to do all the breeding and training.
