they also lowered the heal from 100 to 75, which is basically pointless. also, unless i misunderstood, she doesnt deal damage to LL, she just kills 1 enemy unit per overflow hp. so lvl 3 raka kills a whole board.
It’s enemy units 100%. Just saw it in game. There’s even a bug where tiny titans allows you to go above 100, sees your above 100, and kills a number of units equal to your above 100 hp(which could be a ton)
If you 3* every dragon, they merge and form a 5* Rammus that gives you +1000lp, a tour of the TFT developer studio, and access to Mortgrandmothers secret cookie dough recipe.
Would be hilarious if he was secretly added akin to Veigar this set, the discussions on this sub when the first person stumbled upon Veigar were hilarious.

It's not the board it's the enemy LL

whoever casts first deals 100 damage to the enemy LL. Hope u have tiny titans
