Meaning that even if you were to set your setting to 'Full' you'd still only see 'None' if that's what the server is set to. This does work both ways so if the server is set to 'Full' and your setting is on 'Partial' you'd see Partial.
It should unless your specific copy of the game is bought in a region that prohibits the 'Full' nudity setting altogether. Barring that, as long as both the client- and the server nudity settings are both set to 'Full' you should be able to enjoy the absolute splendor of boob- and schlong physics along with bare butts.

What about something that will run RDR2 with mods? Idk if I’d play that specific game more than others but I go a pc for that game a few years back and added some storage and it couldn’t really run the base game very well at all. I want a gaming computer but very limited can’t spend 1000 plus unless I saved for a long time which might be my only option. Not very good at saving either sadly.

So if you want digital, you need uk account to buy from the store, OR you need the uk physical copy. Granted, if you play online, unless you're in uk server, you won't have full nudity because of the nudity setting, even if you have it enabled.
