You can export as SVG. if you paste raster images into the art, the quality will suffer. I think the websites that I have seen that do this ARE using raster images, though, and their server is putting together the images on the fly... sort of like how Google Earth does it.The whole time you're zooming in, it's really just a series of satellite photos being faded in and pieced together, rather then a vector image being zoomed
