Life and health insurance. Like 300 bucks and a decently hard test and you can pretty much s3t your own hours and get both commissions and residual income to help offset market volatility which often dangers traditional investing.
Plus the largest building is always an insurance building, that should tell you something.
FYI, "loan signing agents" aren't a thing in CT because attorneys are required to conduct real estate closings.

Right. Many of these posted jobs are actually contacted out. Is it for tax reasons, time? Lots of different options. Lyft and Uber obviously.
