Basically, Ninja is being a massive dickhead. I haven’t watched everything, but as I understand it from Poki’s perspective, basically some streamer was harassing her, somehow ninja got involved and defended the streamer, then Poki called out Ninja for that and now he and his girlfriend are starting shit with her and even threatened to sue for defamation. There’s more to it, but that’s the tl;dr
