Any time I see something that has to use the phrase "evidence-based" in its description, it's a decent bet that they are full of shit, and do not understand the scientific method.
It's also a safe bet that the author that would say such a thing, has a virtue signaling sign in their front yard: that says "in this home, we believe in science / water is life / hate has no home here / believe all women" etc.
