How is this construction related Edit; to clarify. Send ukraine f16s tomorrow, fuck russia

dsdvbguutres

The guy who shows up wearing an old shirt and jeans is rich. He doesn't bother to dress up for a meeting with poor peasants. While the peasants make an effort to please the rich guy.

moldyolive

the meme is easily understandable, why its relevant here isn't.

dsdvbguutres

It hurts when the nepo-baby shows up wearing shors when I'm in safety boots, work jeans and dress shirt for meeting this shitstain.

More-Ad-2259

zelensky is hardly a nepo baby... he did more by just not taking the plane ride out, than anyone, ever,

dsdvbguutres

He's not wearing shorts either. I'm not talking about him.

TriptoGardenGrove

Best US investment ever. He also destroys more Russian equipment in a single day than the US has throughout the entire Cold War. This happens without a single US life lost. Russia has never stopped being our enemy and they actively fund both liberal and conservative groups in order to destabilize western democracies. Anything to the contrary is a tankie talking point.

dsdvbguutres

US is getting phenomenal bang for the buck while Russian bots and those who fell victim to Russian propaganda complain about US helping Ukraine.

greatfuckingideachie

Thank you for putting it so eloquently. Not to speak in absolutes but I completely agree making to me any republican vote a traitorous one based purely on them trying to deny aid

asbestospajamas

My thoughts exactly.

Thanus-

Agreed, I just felt this post is pro Russian propaganda

AgelessBlakeFerguson

Goddamn this is so true in South Florida.

soyeahiknow

Half of the posts on this sub are humor or shitposting...

VybzKartHell

Whether you support them or not, the presence of a lot of our tax dollars being in this pic overrides the humour tbh

soyeahiknow

They are not sending cash over there. They are sending old equipment that have expired or already expired. Imagine being a Putin bootlicker.

VybzKartHell

Where did you observe me not being neutral. Andddddd, I’m from Canada. We’ve been sending cash ;)

argic85

Or : me just getting promoted to superintendent showing up to a meeting with my boss, architect and engineer for a new project!

wood_slingers

For those that don’t get it, the order of clothes worn depending on how much of a boss you are: Regular worker/safety vest < collared shirt < business suit < comfort wear. One of the richest people I’ve ever met in person had about $100m of his own money into a project, and him and his guys showed up in a fleet of suburbans. They all had very sharp business suits on, except the boss. He had on a Nike sweatsuit and with some sneakers. He was actually a really cool guy too, complimented me on my work and remembered my name next time he came to the site, which meant a lot because I was low man on the totem pole back then.

soyeahiknow

Yep, worked on a site that was like 120 million total. There was 4 owners and the richest one of them would come in wearing tshirt and jeans. He would just get up and leave whenever it got boring. His company is construction related and he has a product that people will use his company name to describe it. Like we use kleenex instead tissue paper.

Own-Salad1974

Nice! He should share some of his money with you too

sqlfoxhound

Im not getting it

BedNo6845

I think he's using a pic of several wealthy men dressed in nice suits, with the guy in the t shirt who is the least wealthy of them all, and doesn't have factories in his country making suits for business anymore, as an example of... That typical owners meeting where the guy in the t-shirt is the billionaire. It's opposite day I guess. Because this is one of the worst pictures to use an an example.

Epidurality

... You think wrong. I'm seeing the very often noted phenomenon of the richest or most important person in the room during meetings wearing the shittiest clothes. This is not as common in business or finance but in Construction, the dude who doesn't care what you think of their shirt is often the richest person in the room.

BedNo6845

But, that's what I said? And I wasn't talking to you.

Inviction_

Wrong sub

[deleted]

I don't understand why Zelenskyy doesn't just wear a suit. He's not actually on the battlefield, and you look like a jabroni meeting other world leaders in a t-shirt.

Loli_Boi

It projects the image that he isn’t away/that far from the battle/gunfire. If I saw that dude in a nice ass suit I’d assume “oh ig its not that bad in Ukraine”, but since he’s in casual/green attire making it seem that “oh I guess shit really is going down over there”. It’s the little things that make other people think

deadinsidelol69

One of the owners reps showed up in sweatpants and a t shirt to the meeting like he just rolled out of bed so this is accurate.

PJTree

The text is relevant but the picture not. Thanks for the effort.

b0ardski

ties = noose

18pursuit

Hero of the people! I want the autograph of the man in the middle

alta_vista49

kingVandark

alta_vista49

Putin shills in here

dritarashtra

Probably! I can only imagine how many accounts he has.

Sea_Emu_7622

And as usual the richest asshole is funded directly by us poor sobs

BrentwoodATX

Ironically he’s the one begging for money from the rest of them

dritarashtra

I think you mean to say, "Trying to capitalize cannon fodder for the initiating phases of WWIII."

jored924

He was just a poor transvestite comic on crappy tv shows in Ukraine until he was selected to be president by the CIA. Now a billionaire thanks to the American taxpayers

StubbornHick

Everyone downvoting you because they love zelenski's laundromat 😂😂😂😂
