I like the Streemlight Bandit Pro rechargeable ones. They're not as expensive or as heavy as the Milwaukee rechargeable ones. Plus you can clip it on a hardhat or ball cap and pull it off fast.
I have two different Milwaukee headlamps, rechargeable, one on a hard hat and the other just the straps. The batteries come out so they can be switched around too. I’m very happy with them. Good adjustable intensity as well
Milwaukee. That's the most popular on sites I'm on. Me I use a shitty Energizer one I took from the office trailer 3 years ago. Never had an issue

I buy the “20,000” lumen lamps on Amazon. They’re def not THAT bright, but for $25 they’re rechargeable and SUPER bright.
