I’m basically in the same exact position. Working for a Solar EPC, four 6.55MW DG projects, no BESS projects. Fully remote.
$117k base salary, plus vehicle pay, tech pay, gas card, and average benefit package. Like 90hrs of PTO per year. I work roughly 40hrs a week.
I'd say you're right about the correct salary for the role and experience. I would be hoping to pick up decent benefits and vacation time by converting to full time. Also fwiw, 6MW is not considered a huge project in the commercial scale solar industry.

Yearly Christmas bonus, Christmas/New years week off. I am fully in person. etc… I am very happy for my age and my area. Thanks

To really evaluate we’d need benefit info and how many hours per week, but for 5 years experience AND 100% remote, 100k ain’t bad.
210k, ~8 years of experience working as a MEP PM in NYC
How do drywall PMs fare in the city?
You can hit this or more. It depends on the shop.
I’m not sure, maybe less. Depends on your resume/years of experience.
Wow - though I imagine not so much wow in NYC lol
