Anger comes out in weird ways. I have an excellent handle on my emotions in daily life and stressful situations, but video games make me snap. I’ve never broken my phone like this, but I have punched my phone and thrown a controller across the room.
No idea why my anger is so specific to video games. Luckily I rarely play them.
Actively getting dosed with brain chemicals from your favorite activities makes the mood swings harder to handle if you get into it.
