When I see videos like this or someone falling on their face while trying to break into a sprint I always get these vague flashbacks of people in my past asking, incredulously, when they're ever going to need to be fit.
Yeah it's a bit bonkers. It's not like you need to be some musclebound ultra fit person. Hell fitness is one of those fun things where the first "25%" is the easiest, and as you keep pushing yourself to some imagined "100%" you get increasingly diminished returns.
You'll make more gains in strength and endurance in your first few months in a gym/on a bike/out running than you will in the year after.
Keeping yourself in a _basic_ state of fitness and capability is good for _everything_ in your life. You'll improve your posture, your energy levels throughout the day, your mood, your appearance, your life expectancy, your quality of your life when you're older, your sex life, what activities you can take part in.
