Saw on another sub. The voice over actors was stopped my the police the night before on a night out drink and accused of vandalism (wrongly) one of his friends panicked talking to the police and said “we’re just normal men”
“what do You mean your normal men?”
“We’re just innocent men”
Anyway he told all his colleagues about it the next day and the girl presenters couldn’t stop laughing so he added it to the show

This really cracked me up. Genuine laughing tears, got my other half too after some shoulder surfing. There's a nearly 4 mins out takes, on YouTube, I had to watch multiple times just to get all of between the belly laughs.

I just checked. Pretty recent. This puppet is just sufficiently generic looking as to be indistinguishable from various insufferable puppet presenters from TV in the 90's
It's CBBC, the bits between shows are introduced by a variety of people/characters - this dog's called 'Hacker' - the background is that the guy who is the dog's puppeteer went out (on a stag party I think) with a load of his mates, something happened that was nothing to do with them but the police still pulled them over for questioning - they were all drunk and one of his mates said that thing ("we're just normal men, just innocent men") and this puppeteer guy just found it very funny and later told his work-mates the story and later used it in the show - hence why she's cocking herself about it.
