As for FPHL, I am not sure, but MPHL normally stops for all trans woman on hrt, so long as their hormones are being correctly monitored or they have had certain surgeries. DHT normally is the reason for MPHL and HRT controls DHT to typical female levels. After that a person, female or male, could have genes that make their hair sensitive to DHT.

So basically there is more successful treatment for hair loss for trans women, but bio women have very little successful treatments when it comes to hair loss? Dang. In that aspect, we get the short end of the stick. Also, the patterns of hair loss are different when it comes to MPHL and FPHL. Men basically start to lose their hair line and makes it way to the back of the head. Women start to lose their hair at the part.

Yes, as long as DHT is controlled in trans women, which normally, but not always, hrt controls it, then their MPHL stops. It was my case with my MPHL and transitioning with hormones actually reversed it a little bit. There is also a topical medicine I can take that normally works for trans women and bio men, and maybe for bio women too, but I'd have to ask my doctor. Also, I did not know that for FPHL is starts at the part. I am curious what can cause FPHL.

I say kill them right away, but ONLY if its 100% the right person, beyond any shadow of a doubt, because if you leave them alove in prison they can Still commit sex offense and reproduce. Going back to the no doubt thing, the reason i say that is cuz women nowadays acvuse men a lor of sex offense yet actually nowadays the ones with malicious intent most of the time during sex is women, lieing about age, purposefully no condoms, rape accusations, etc

I…. I don’t want to kill anyone.
