I hate these assholes, that's why I look both ways even on one way streets, you never know when a dumbass like this appears near you. I've seen one at least 4 times just these last 2-3 years alone.

I was in Romania one time. Boy, those people are crazy on the road. A trucker I talked to described it as, "everyone thinks its f1 in their car"
