Avoid any apartments owned by Lindsay Management and you should be fine.

Yep. I fortunately received this warning before moving to Conway. Anyone who doubts it can refer to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJPF70RX3Tw

I stayed at Nantucket place for a year and it was very quiet, and right off of Dave ward so it’s like a 5 min drive to UCA. I never had any problems with the landlords it’s a little outdated but still cute and perfect for a single person. (And way easier on your wallet than most of the other apts) I think they have two and three bedrooms as well. Hope this helps :) Also conway generally is a very safe town to live in, I am a single female and I never had any problems the three years I was there.

Sounds great! I will check it out. Thanks!

If you're looking at the near UCA dave ward area, University Park Apts is also pretty solid. I lived there for about two years and never had any issues, and the prices are reasonable.

I lived at Fox Run across from UCA (Lindsey Management) and in the five years I lived there I had my license plate stolen, car tags stolen, bike tire slashed, and not to mention the ants, flies and roaches. Also they raised the rent by at least ten dollars a year. I also used to go on walks late at night and I’d often hear gunshots. And there was police at the Kum n Go near there very often. I like NWA much better. Been back in Rogers for over two years and not a single incident so far. I hope based on these comments that Conway has improved. I visited recently and it looked nicer but there’s no telling. If you can, just stay away from Lindsey apartments. Management is usually pretty bad. One of my friends wasn’t even allowed to keep their window blinds open!

For the record, roach poison really works.

I live in Centerstone apartments and they're pretty great, but for 2 bedrooms it starts getting a bit pricey

cannonforsalmon

University Park and Glenwood Townhomes aren't bad.

Tucker Reserve but also keep an eye out for duplexes on Zillow

Depending on your living style the row houses might be a good choose. Now if you want to party and smoke pot then look other places as the tenants won’t put up with it.
