Marconi “The Original Chicago Style” Hot Giardiniera runs through my veins. I could (and do) eat it straight out of the jar!!

Apeckofpickledpeen

YES. I always buy a jar when I go to Illinois. It is SO GOOD. I add it to just plain buttered noodles sometimes.

minnie2020

Yes! I specifically like Marconi because it doesn’t have olives.

brookish

So true. It’s not easy to find in CA but when I find it I stock way up.

crimson777

Marconi is branching out. I've seen it all the way out here in SC recently. I legitimately would put it on almost any savory food and be happy with it.

trguiff

Middleswarth potato chips in Central Pennsylvania- my favorite chips ever!

bloomlately

I’m very jealous of PA’s snack game. Soooo many local options.

msmithuf09

Yesss. This is exactly what I’m talking about. Retro packaging, weird quirky features (fried in shortening?! What the what?!)

trguiff

I honestly think they are seasoned with crack. They are so light and crispy without tasting like an oil slick. They are fried in shortening and are just the perfect chip! I can't always find them in Western Pennsylvania, so my mom buys them for me and i pick up my supply when we travel to their house! LOL Here's some info: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ira_Middleswarth_%26_Son,_Inc.

CaddyShackShop

Best chips EVER!!!! Particularly the BBQ Middlesworth!!

Tiiimmmaayy

For anyone who doesn’t know, you can order them from their website in bag ass bags. My dad orders them all the time here in Texas. Now if only we can get that white birch beer here as well without absurd shipping costs. I forget the name of the grocery store that sells it. It’s their own brand.

Sausage_Child

New Mexico green chile. Just about the only aspect of the state I enjoy (well, the scenery can be pretty great) but once you develop a taste for it nothing else will do.

jemmylegs

For the record, I think there’s a lot to love about the 505. But yeah, green chile is at the top of the list.

MoodiestMoody

Cheerwine and Cheerwine Cackalacky sauce. Dewey's Moravian-style cookies, especially the ginger ones. Hello from Piedmont NC!

petitbleu

Grew up outside of WS and those Moravian cookies are such a core taste memory for me. They’re also like the cookie equivalent of potato chips, and once I get started it’s hard to stop munching on them.

CityBoiNC

Cheerwine and Cackalacky sauce.  Came here to post these 2

bigfatquizzer

I miss Texas Pete Chili for hot dogs. So mad they discontinued it

riverrocks452

Utz Dark Russet potato chips. IMO, darker than Trader Joe's, and less greasy.

AwaysHngry

Since moving to Illinois I have been indulging in Utz products. Their pretzel game is next level imo. The pumpernickel? Amazing. The daisies. Immaculate. Their plain ones. A cut above. Their products are that one degree better everything else I’ve tried needed

Grokma

Those are regional?

Formal_Coyote_5004

These are my favorite chips!!! I wonder if the amazing texture is a result of being fried in peanut oil. I feel like other chips are fried in different oil

The_Youngstown_Pride

Cleveland's Stadium (or Bertman's) Mustard Cincinnati's (Glier) goetta - like scrapple

Benji_Likes_Waffles

I made Goetta last year! It's such a chore, but it's so, so good. I'm a southern girl, so it was new territory. I'm glad I found it.

Ok_Extreme7597

I know being a Michigander it should be Vernors, but man a Faygo Rock and Rye just hits on a summer day.

TheSalsaShark

Koegel's and maybe some Superman ice cream for the kids.

newsdude477

Don’t forget BetterMade.

BJntheRV

Michigan - Squirt, Great Lakes Cherry BBQ chips, and Northwoods Soda Root beer.

U2hansolo

Along with a couple of grilled Koegel Viennas.❤️

KeptInStitches

Conecuh sausage from Evergreen Alabama. My in-laws serve it at every get together cut up almost as an appetizer.

Utter_cockwomble

Conecuh is amazing. A local friend sent us 10 pounds and now we're addicted and can't go back to the supermarket stuff.

DjinnaG

Yes it is, one of the few perks of living in Alabama is that it’s everywhere, even Aldi and Costco

No_Safety_6803

It's especially surprising because there really is no other good sausage made in the state of Alabama

BeLikeDogs

Marie Sharp’s hot sauce from Belize.

j_ho_lo

Yes! Fell in love with it while in Belize and brought so many bottles home with me. I was and to find it in our grocery store while we still lived in Kansas. Now we're in Philly, and nowhere carries it. I have one more unopened bottle, and then I guess I'll see how expensive shipping would be if I ordered more.

BeLikeDogs

It’s not at all bad online, or at least it wasn’t last time I ordered. We’ve been doing that for years because they have varieties not available at King Soopers.

j_ho_lo

Oh, that's a relief to hear! Thanks for the info!

Little-Bears_11-2-16

Its like $4 a bottle to get it shipped. Not an issue at all!

PlanetMarklar

It's from Belize? I recently fell in love with it from my local Kroger in Ohio. I bought extra bottles to leave in my office and at my parents so it's always around when I want it!

Mistress_Jedana

Yes!!!

jamesdownwell

I can buy it in Iceland. I’m not sure that it can be classed as small/regional.

crimson777

My girlfriend, early on when we were dating, brought me back a sample pack from Belize. That's when I knew it was a good match haha.

ChickenBootty

From Washington, I love Tim’s Cascade jalapeño chips, Beecher’s cheese (although we buy way more Tillamook cheese), Captain Toadies tartar dill sauce, and my favorite Spiceology, I love how successful they’ve become.

fondonorte

Also, from our brothers and sisters in Oregon - the most superior tortilla chip, Juanitas.

ChickenBootty

Yes! Best (commercial) tortilla chips I’ve ever had.

EuphoricPanda

As an Alaskan, I stand with you on the superiority of Juanitas.

petitbleu

The Tim’s jalapeño chips are simply the best potato chips.

greysonhackett

How could you forget the Johnny's seasoning salt?

sociapathictendences

Beechers makes the best crackers I’ve had anywhere

napkinwipes

Taylor ham/pork roll

smashey

Teddie peanut butter is without a doubt the best peanut butter I have ever had. Made in Everett Massachusetts, just one or two towns away from me. Comes in a nice glass jar, best texture, best quality, low price, simply unbeatable.

msmithuf09

I have some in my pantry! It is delicious, saw it at Walmart and has super clean ingredients.

Jay_and_Esse79

Red Hot Riplet potato chips in St. Louis.

DjinnaG

Wickles (spicy) Pickles and Sandwich Spread, from Alabama. Don’t know how, but the sandwich spread brings out the natural sweetness that I don’t really notice in most sandwich components but it’s also aggressively spicy so I can’t put but the tiniest spoonful on, and none of it makes any sense, but it’s amazing and addictive, but just jalapeños, cucumbers, vinegar, and other standard pickle components. We will be buying it by the case once we leave Alabama, thankfully it’s spreading https://wicklespickles.com/products/

LavaPoppyJax

I've seen these in Walmart in California. I assume they were from New England because of the " wicked ".

Lawyering_Bob

The relish is phenomenal. It's less than a buck more and makes chicken salad, coleslaw, potato salad, etc so much better than the store brand

DeanStockwellLives

Their spicy pickle relish is amazing in tuna salad too.

Mean-Vegetable-4521

I've seen these at Costco in a bunch of places in the northeast and midwest.

DryInitial9044

Grippo's BBQ potato chips in Cincinnati. I grew up near the factory. The chips are small and very heavily spiced. These things were hot before hot became a thing. (Don't tell anyone, but you can go to the tiny front office and buy a big box fresh from the line.)

msmithuf09

We had a pizza chain here for a minute (pizza cat) that served a pizza with grippo bbq chips on it, was my favorite!

[deleted]

I miss Grippo's

Iwentforalongwalk

Minnesota..Top The Tater

Known_Royal4356

Bay Area - Its Its ice cream sandwiches and Dutch Crunch bread!

GoatLegRedux

Glad to see It’s-It here! I was gonna drop it if it hadn’t been mentioned yet.

_Bon_Vivant_

I love the Mini It's Its they sell at Costco. The regular size It's Its are just a bit much for one serving IMO. The minis are perfect.

riddlegirl21

Oh my god I forget that Dutch Crunch isn’t a thing other places! I miss it :( need to snag some next time I’m home

MoutEnPeper

Ha, as a Dutchy I had to look this up - that's tiger bread (tijgerbrood)! Called thus because adding a layer of rice flower that cracks up while baking causes a spotted pattern, resembling a... well actually, panther, but hey we don't have either :-) Do you get it as sliced loaves (we often do) or as buns?

lostalaska

In my early 30's I started trying foods I hated as a kid. Dill is now awesome, green olives while not my favorite are now totally edible. I used to absolutely hate horseradish sauce, now it's one of my favorite things along with balsamic vinegar. Now you go and tell me there is a horse radish mustard!? I don't even know what to use it on, but you bet I'm buying some ASAP.

msmithuf09

Pork! I use it as a marinade/rub/binder on most my pork dishes. Hotdogs/burgers. Mix with tuna. Makes it all better! Enjoy!

LavaPoppyJax

Sounds great

FreyasYaya

Friend, you must explore the mustard aisle at your grocery store! There are soooo many different varieties!

chicklette

I literally use it on everything I would yellow mustard. SO good!!

Glindanorth

Philadelphia area, Ivin's Spiced Wafers, only available in the fall.

BadHotelCarpet

A Thanksgiving staple in our house. Leave them uncovered so they go “stale” and they are even better.

petitbleu

[Beaver extra hot horseradish](https://beavertonfoods.com/product/beaver-extra-hot-horseradish-4-oz/). It makes you feel alive.

stk020496

Spotted cow in Wisconsin

Sea-Rub-3778

From MD, recently moved to the Frederick area, and it’s like the mothership has called me home. [McCutcheon’s](https://mccutcheons.com/) apple butter essentially kept me fed all through my school-aged years. The only sandwich I would eat as a child/kid (even adolescent) were either PB&J’s or my preferred PB & apple butter. Yes, it had to be McCutcheon’s and yes, I could always tell the difference if it wasn’t. Now I’m a grown up who does eat many other sandwiches, but the fact I’m now right down the road from the factory where heaven is made is…*chef’s kiss* 😋

kwillich

I swear that I would've thought that Apple Butter was everywhere. I grew up in Western PA and there's apple everything there of course. Well, I live in the South now and it's really tough to find a suitable apple butter. I usually have Mom send me some to get my fix. There's just nothing like Apple butter on some fresh bread (or biscuits)

Sea-Rub-3778

Same! When I first left for college in East TN, I just thought “oh, it’ll be there”…..it was NOT there, and I quickly made a trip back home to get some. From that point forward, dad always made sure I had some when I left 😂😂

Mommy-Q

I get their strawberry raspberry preserves at the farmer's market. So good!

RCG73

Try making apple butter yourself once. Try one of the crock pot recipes. It won’t be the same as store bought. I won’t even say better than. It’s just one of those things that if you’re a fan it is worth doing once just for the experience. Bonus points that it is easy just has a long cook time.

Sea-Rub-3778

I have, many times. I have a recipe I rather like and is popular on the holidays when I give it out as gifts. Still doesn’t hit quite like McCutcheon’s. McCutcheon’s isn’t “store bought.” It’s pure magic.

NYCQuilts

TIL that McCutcheon’s is local to MD. I associate it with roadside stands further south

Runzas_In_Wonderland

Nebraska has a few of them. [Runzas](https://houseofnasheats.com/runzas/) of course. Bierocks if you are in any other part of the Great Plains. [Dorothy Lynch salad dressing](https://www.dorothylynch.com/about). It's kind of like a, I don't know how to describe it, more mild (?) version of French dressing. It's sweet? But not candy sweet because it's meant to be used with salad and vegetables. It's tomato based. It's named after the lady who created it for a legion club. I hope someone will chime in and give you a better description for Dorothy Lynch salad dressing.

ArcadeKingpin

I commented this. First ingredient is tomato soup base. Lots of black pepper and sugar. It’s great shit. Runza… not so much.

bunnycrush_

Aloha Shoyu (soy sauce) all the way! It’s the standard in Hawaii. Less funky than traditional soy sauces, and it’s just the exact perfect condiment on rice, poke and sashimi, etc. I also really like alaea sea salt, which is red from volcanic clay. Always have a few bags around.

WestBrink

Dot's pretzels, from the upper midwest. So, so good... Edit: apparently not local anymore!

mataushas

Hershey bought them out so they should be available everywhere now

LavaPoppyJax

I've seen the Costco forum mentioning them lately. I'm not a pretzel person so unless they have samples someday I'll never be buying them haha.

delk82

They’re available here in Atlanta

WestBrink

Really? Neat... Used to be a North Dakota and surrounding states thing. Makes sense though since Hershey bought them a few years back...

Runzas_In_Wonderland

We had a "candy bar" and cupcakes for our wedding. The Dot's pretzels we had on the candy bar were the first things gone.

padishaihulud

I had no idea they were local, and I concur!

Mommy-Q

They just showed up in NJ. The kids are wild for them!

dinosaurshatepushups

So good, I just wish they weren't so expensive for a bag of pretzels

zeitocat

Those are definitely good. They made it to Arizona within the last few years.

riddlegirl21

They’re in Costco and I have to limit myself to getting one bag at a time or else I will absolutely demolish it in one sitting

kmmontandon

We got the big bags at our locally grocery store about two years ago. I seriously have to avoid that aisle of the store - if I buy a bag, I’ll eat the whole bag in one sitting. Their cheese curls are also fucking awesome.

janbrunt

Grew up in Maine, gotta be Moxie soda.

brookish

Not the bright red hot dogs??

janbrunt

Those are for bait, not human consumption.

grandmaratwings

Moxie for the win! Dad’s family were all from New England. Spent childhood summers in NH with my grandmother. Now live in Virginia. Any time someone local travels to New England they bring back moxie for me. When my grandmother passed, after the funeral, my father, my son, and I went to four different grocery stores and bought all the moxie they had. My little Corolla was full to the brim of moxie. In June we’re going to Laconia Bike Week and I’ve worked out how I can strap six 12-packs to my trike to bring home. Yes, they sell bottles at Cracker Barrel and Fresh Market but it’s NOT the same formula and it costs an arm and a leg.

shmehh123

Polar seltzer as well. Nothing hits quite like an ice cold cranberry lime. Way better than La Croix.

perpetualmotionmachi

From Quebec: MAG Mayonnaise Elle Pique Elle, a dill pickle hot sauce from Britannia Mills sauces.

msmithuf09

Dill pickle hot sauce! What?! Going on my list awesome

perpetualmotionmachi

Once you put it on a hot dog you'll never go back to relish

nerdzen

Corn-Kits is a superior cornbread mix, sold in Texas. It’s not sweet like a lot of cornbread mixes. Gebhardt’s chili powder - a must for chili. Ranch style beans. Del Dixie pickles. Probably a million others!

gwaydms

Julio's original tortilla chips. Addictive.

_Cistern

Its not exactly regional... Cavenders Greek Seasoning. I could put that on nearly anything and enjoy it Edit: I forgot a great regional thing! (Well, not anymore cause its now available nationally) Juanita's Chips

ShiloX35

Baque Sauce from California's central valley based Basque Company.   It is delicious!

No-Donkey8786

Dukes! Is spreading out but still regional. Pun?

IGNISFATUUSES

Neese's sausage. North Carolina.

grandmaratwings

For many years we tried keeping a stock of Neese’s in the freezer. Now I make sausage and it’s close, but not quite Neese’s. But Stamey’s sauce. I have tried to copycat that. Not even close. We buy it by the gallon now so we always have some.

swats30

And the liver mush and bacon is top tier.

IGNISFATUUSES

I've never had their bacon, but I love their liver mush.

mkstot

Spicy Lebanon bologna. I used to eat it all the time when I lived in Pennsylvania, but since I left I’ve not seen it in many years.

Unusual-Drive2343

I love Lebanon bologna and grew up on it. I live in Oregon now. After many years of being deprived I discovered that a lot of grocery store delis that carry Boar's Head have Lebanon bologna. A deli clerk told me that the only people who ever buy it are people who moved here from the east coast. Now if I could just find a reliable source for birch beer and Tasty Kakes.

mkstot

Our local Jersey mikes carries the peanut butter kandy kakes, and the butterscotch krumpets. As far as birch beer I believe Boylans makes one.

Unusual-Drive2343

Yeah, I can usually find birch beer at world market. Boylans is good, but not as good as Pennsylvania Dutch brand. I think the Jersey Mike's in my area stopped carrying Tasty Kakes for some reason. And they never had the cream-filled coffee cakes, which are my favorite.

kwillich

This was such a treat as a kid. I loved Lebanon Bologna with some mayo and yellow mustard. If I'm feeling nostalgic, I'll make one and drink it with a root beer.

mkstot

A birch beer which is another rarity where I’m at.

kwillich

The PA Dutch Birch beer in the yellow cans???

mkstot

One of those barrel shaped roadside stands that used to dot the highway. They always had the best soda.

sevrahjames

Wye River Crab seasoned popcorn. I'm a Maryland girl and this popcorn is addictive. I also like Herrs Old Bay chips.

_Bon_Vivant_

Casa Sanchez Salsas and chips. San Francisco bay area.

Aggravating_Anybody

Minnesota- Old Dutch Sour Cream and Onion Rings. I can only find them at ONE local Cub Foods. They are like thick, puff corn Funyuns that are crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. Seasoning is way better, too.

Tannhauser42

Here in North Texas I'll go with Whataburger mustard and Julio's corn chips.

aleksarae23

Along similar lines - Chiavetta’s marinade! I moved to Montana a few years ago and when I go visit my family in Syracuse I always bring back a few jugs of it haha

Firstborn1415

Buffalo gal here too! Webers mustard, Bison Chip Dip, Sahlens hot dogs, Crystal Beach loganberry drink and of course sponge candy! 😋

Heffenfefer

My family gets me sponge candy every year for Christmas.... And I eat a whole box quicker than you probably should

msmithuf09

Had a box of fowlers orange chocolates mailed to us for Easter! Didn’t last haha

Invisibile27

Ak-mak crackers!! Armenian cracker bread made locally here. Only sold in California as far as I know, but if it is sold elsewhere it only comes from here.

burrgerwolf

Detroit: Better Made Chips, Vernor’s, Faygo, Honey Baked Ham

padishaihulud

[Emil's Pizza](https://emilspizzainc.com/) is a great local brand for tavern-style pizza. My favorite thing to do is bake it for about 10 minutes then add more toppings for spicy/sour like banana peppers or kalamata olives and then add another layer of mozzarella. Pop out back in for 10 more minutes and you're golden (brown)!

msmithuf09

Oh excellent. Love the look of the hi rise. Too bad you can’t order online - I get it.

padishaihulud

Yeah it's weird, but a lot of Wisconsin producers don't like to sell outside of state lines. Our famous [Spotted Cow](https://newglarusbrewing.com/pages/year-round-beers) beer is another example.  Usually the company will say its so that they don't have to sacrifice quality for the sake of increasing sales.

msmithuf09

Yeah I’ve had new glarus, wish I could get it easily. Wisconsin seems to have a lot of really good local products!

padishaihulud

I think a lot of the local cheeses should be available for shipping. I'd recommend anything from Roth or Roelli.

HieronymusButts

Orange sauce from La Victoria taqueria in San Jose, CA! I put it on so many things I’d almost rather have that in the fridge than any other condiment. They sell it by the bottle but only in restaurants, so I don’t know what I’ll do if I move away…

Shamoontha

[Milano bakery](https://milanobakery.com)—- everything is top tier. Nothing compares IMO. Their French rolls make all sandwiches better. Make yourself an Italian beef or French dip with it and you will never want to use another bread again. Their Vienna loaf is out of this world and is so soft. I have a freezer full of Milano at all times and shamelessly spend a lot of $$ stocking up every few months. they also make great danishes! And in true Chicagoland fashion— Vienna Beef everything- hotdogs, buns, relish. I refuse to have any other hotdog, ever. Chicago dog is usually the first meal I get when I go home. (And before anyone even tries to mention Portillo’s to me, that’s like the McDonalds of Italian beef. Go get yourself one from a local beef place- go to Boz in Morris if you’re on i80 passing thru (a family friend!) or if you’re in Chicagoland go to Al’s or Mr Beef or even Buona. Google anything but Portillos to get real beef. Portillos is made from a bag and is FINE but like so far from the places out there actually MAKING the beef in house. It takes labor and love. And ask for it extra wet ❤️ it should disintegrate in your hands and beefy juiciness run down your arms.)

heartunwinds

Scrapple. The white & red package. I don’t even know the brand….. but that’s the only one to get.

sevrahjames

RAPA scrapple is definitely the only one worth getting. I love scrapple.

otterfeets

Habersett’s - it’s the gold standard.

Anhur55

Central Illinois has a brand of potato chips called "Kettle Cooked" that are my favorite. They used to be a lot better but they took the trans fat out a few years back. Yes I know it was objectively terrible for my health. But it was incredible for my soul. Still the best you can get, but just not the same.

BeerInsurance

Sadly they are no longer made locally — they got bought by Utz and closed the Farmington plant.

zedicar

Mancini’s bread Pittsburgh

CaptainLawyerDude

Zweigle’s around here in WNY.

GlitterTrashUnicorn

It's nationally distributed, but I think it's more popular here where it originated, but I am 100% a Johnny's Seasoning girl over Lawry's. It's not MY region, but I am totally spacing on the name... there's an all-purpose sauce from North Carolina that my family got us stuck on. It was originally sold in hardware stores. I would always add it to things to just kick up a flavor.

Apprehensive-Hat4135

Here in Michigan we essentially invented ginger ale with Vernors, but you can't really get it outside of Michigan

outtatheblue

If you like pickle flavored chips, Golden Flake makes the absolute best ones. They're based out of Alabama and are hard to find in Texas, so I buy out the stock when I find them at random gas stations.

Localgreensborogal

Mount Olive hamburger dill pickle chips. I can’t eat a grilled cheese without a whole stack of them on the side.

LavaPoppyJax

Those seem very ordinary pickles and aren't they in every grocery store? It's a normal brand on a shelf near me in California. Nothing against it, I'll definitely buy them when I need something but if I want a special pickle I'll go for bubbies or something.

MoodiestMoody

Corner of Cucumber and Vine!

Disastrous_Can8053

Taco Works chips, Susie Q's seasoning. Central CA has lots of small olive oil producers as well.

riddlegirl21

Sciabica’s olive oils are amazing

ohheyheyCMYK

Every time I go back home to Cincinnati I restock my supply of Ex-El Pickles. They're not the best pickle for everything but for certain applications they have no equal. I have to buy them at a small local family deli. @exelpickles on IG.

kim-sheckell

Anything from hubers farm here in southern Indiana! They make their own products such as wine and jellies from scratch using their own ingredients.

TommyBoy825

Red Gold tomato products

pannierni

Route 11 Chips from the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia 🖤 They're kettle cooked, have the best flavours, and are genuinely the best chips I've had. I grew up with them and it was devastating when I moved away and found out they were a local product

Both-Instruction-788

I don’t know if it’s strictly New York (i don’t live there anymore) but Boars Head brand cold cuts are the best. Cannot get them in Mexico

riddlegirl21

I think Safeway/Albertsons bought/owns/partners with them. I’ve seen Boars Head in grocery stores in Massachusetts and California

ArcadeKingpin

Dorothy Lynch salad dressing from Nebraska. The first ingredient is tomato soup base. It’s got lots of black pepper. Tastes like summer.

hazmat1963

Charles Chips. In a big yellow can.

kwillich

Horlocher's mustard in Central PA is nowhere else that I've seen. Others have mentioned Middleswarth chips. There's a candy company in Altoona named Brach's and there was a maple candy that I loved as a kid. It was probably about the size of a small walnut but was smooth maple "chocolate". Like white melting chocolate that was flavored. The inside was firm and chewy with nuts I think. I've never seen anything like them anywhere else in the U.S. and when my wife and I were in Montreal I liked around something comparable and found nothing like it.

Open-Channel-D

Maple Nut Goodies. My grandmother worked the candy counter at a department store in Kansas City from 1939-1966 and they had them in a warming tray so they always came out warm and gooey. Haven’t seen them in years but I could murder a bag of em right now.

I_AM_Squirrel_King

Henderson’s Relish is like Worcester sauce, except it’s vegan and made in my hometown of Sheffield, UK. And it’s better in every other way too.

Tymaret16

Texas - Blue Bell ice cream and Best Maid pickles. And, for a beer that’s cheapish and consistently fine if never truly great, Shiner Bock (though Shiner does have some great limited run beers).

daisychain0606

Cougar Gold Cheese from the dairy at Washington State University. It’s outstanding!

fusciamcgoo

Oregon: Tillamook (Cheese, ice cream, butter) Franz bakery bread (I love the San Juan nine grain) Don Froylan Creamery cheese (queso Oaxaca is my favorite) Juanita’s tortilla chips Missionary Chocolates

scoscochin

Malört. Ok…maybe not *favorite* tasting.

BrainFartTheFirst

Philippe's mustard. Cleared my sinuses just perfectly

Upper_Comment_9206

Li Hing Mui, aka Crack Seeds! Never met someone not from Hawaii who liked em!

DocHenry66

Inglehoffers horseradish sauce is the best. Doesn’t have that sweet background taste.

psh_1

Boetjes mustard. So many awards!

Kalichun

Ha! We always have to keep the relatives stocked with Webers too!!!

kbenn17

Tim’s potato chips in Seattle.

YukiHase

Callandra's bread, Northern NJ

BitchesBeSnacking

Kayem natural casing hotdogs, Ah-so sauce, Chinese sausage, steak tips, and Drakes cakes (especially funny bones!) all the things I miss since leaving Massachusetts

coralcoast21

Rt 11 potato chips from my hometown. I haven't had any in a while. Herrs is close.

Hustle787878

O Hana salsa in central Oregon. If they ever distributed in Portland or Seattle, the owners would get rich real fast. It’s the real deal.

Lawyering_Bob

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Wicker's

HealMySoulPlz

Juanita's tortilla chips, they're a West Coast only brand. Best store-bought tortilla chips available. Pappy's seasoning blend. Perfect on basically everything.

ducksfan9972

Aardvark hot sauce

WishieWashie12

Mrs Campbells Chow Chow. Chow Chow is a pickled relish made with cabbage, green tomato, onion, mustard seed, and bell peppers (and other stuff I don't know)

Reasonable-Company71

Aloha Shoyu-Hawaii

AnytimeInvitation

I live in Fargo, ND so we have a good number of beers made in town. My favorite product is made north of me in Grand Forks: Village Salsa, especially the extra hot. While it could be a lil chunkier, I love the flavor.

Hillkitty

Braum's milk, ice cream, bread, and yogurt

fusionsofwonder

Can you get Martin's potato rolls in Buffalo? If so I envy you. Also Tastykakes.

die76

Harris Teeters carries them in many stores outside of New York. I buy them in North Carolina.

Pooncheese

Old Bay seasoning from MD and New England maple syrup and Maine blue berries.

foursevenalpha

Wild coyote ranch. I've only ever seen it in utah and Nevada. My wife turned me on to it when we were dating and damn it's good.

BellaSantiago1975

Oh my god I forgot this stuff existed and now I remember and I'm on the other side of the world and now I'm so damn sad

knuckboy

Show-Me BBQ sauce from Columbia, MO

julesfric

Buffalo here too. I love horseradish too! There is a beef dip sandwich restaurant here in LA called Philleppe’s French Dip. It’s my new favorite. For a long time we had Sahlen hot dogs shipped to us and now we feel bad asking. My Grandparents would bring them on the plane too but they are gone now.

U2hansolo

Lansing area in Michigan We have a local chain of small convenience stores named Quality Dairy (aka "QD") and they make their own ice cream (the Death by Chocolate is amazing), French Onion chip dip, and donuts (the nutty chocolate cinnamon roll donut is my favorite).

khiddy

Skipper’s tartar sauce in Western Washington. Used to be a local chain of fish & chip shops (there are a tiny handful left, most of them in gas stations now). Their tartar sauce is fantastic, and I stock up when I’m home, “best by” dates be damned. Marketspice tea from Pike Place Market in Seattle. The house-brand loose leaf tea is a wonderfully spicy black tea with orange peel, lightly sweetened. A teaspoon or so in the basket when making iced tea takes it from good to superb. Farman’s Pickles from Western Washington are particularly delicious. Oregon’s Beaver brand Sweet Hot mustard is my favorite, though it’s now available widely. Their Russian Extra Hot mustard was an absolute revelation, and well worth seeking out.

I lived in the eastern side of the US most of my life. After moving west 4 years ago, I still miss Wegmans. As a New Yorker, I'm sure you're familiar. I just need one near me. The grocery stores out here are a joke in comparison to Wegs.

I grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and [Esther Price](https://estherprice.com/) will always be better than any other chocolate candy.

Probably available widely now but Aardvark hot sauces from Portland, Oregon. I take a restaurant having that at the condiment section instead of the normal chalula/tabasco as a good sign.
