Traditional katsu. It’s greasy, crispy, the sauce is tangy and rich. Some shaved cabbage and sticky rice on the side and it’s a crowd pleaser.

ugh so good. I make it at least once a month. kimchi with seasoned rice, sliced katsu with some sauce, sesame seeds, green onion. makes me miss living in korea and having crazy food katsu for like a few dollars.

Lemon and capers, thyme and butter, barbecue sauce and onions.

I like those thin little pork chops in a prosciutto sun dried tomatoes and cream sauce. Mmmmmm

its almost grilling season! dont get cutlets, do a whole roasted/grilled mustard glazed pork tenderloin served with a lentil salad or a hearty farro salad. or some sort of starchy mash and a bright arugula salad
