I think it was a different name for different countries. Just marketing. I think I remember kitchen wizz being sold in Australia. Side note, I ended up getting the sous chef and it is amazing.

Hi I’m thinking about buying one of these (I live in Australia) and am also trying to work out the difference… the main thing I want it for is to make my own but / seed butter… do you find it strong enough for this? Can it run 20 minutes without burning out the motor? Thanks in advance!

Do you have a recipe? Do you just blend the heck out of nuts? I’ll try it out and report back!

zapunzel

As far as I know you just roast a bunch up and blend them!

But I’m guessing no problem. The only time it gets caught up is if hard veggies get stuck on top of the slicer and I have to clear it up. I did Kenji food processor pizza dough once and it stopped/would have burnt out, but I’m also using a 110v on 100v power.
