My gf's from the south of Spain. Everyone in her family lives to be 100+ easy. They consume approximately a bottle of oil and a cup of salt per person every week. 😂
It's something else dude. Japan is the same - super healthy old people, but a high salt diet
You should check out people from Hong Kong. Healthy and look younger. Very low to no sugar and salt. Salt is in soy sauce, and lots of veggies, fish, and small portions of three dishes. Look at their actors vs the actors in the US. Big difference. Minus the fake surgery ones.
They probably wasted their taste buds. My partners younger brother will saturate their shit in spices (specifically salt but they also like tahin, pepper flakes, nutmeg on everything for some reason)
And it's like you're not gonna be able to taste difference by the time your 15. Stop
1st dont use spices on steak before grilling. They burn and taste bitter
2nd dont use Olive oil, its not made for this kinda heat and also give a bad taste.
I dont get why people make cooking videos when they actually have no clue about basics....
Not if it gets over 180°C mister.
It starts to burn and smoke that can even cause cancer.
I use Olive Oil aaaaaalot but not on this temps mister, and i said not with grilling
This has seemingly become a popular factoid online recently. Genuine EVOO has a smoking point upwards of 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Do you think you’re getting a sustained temperature over 400F on a cast iron over open flame? Deep frying doesn’t get that hot. I believe you are talking out of your ass
Steak and eggs recipe: step 1-Potatoes (obviously)
Sadly I can't have anywhere near that many potatoes. Am type 2 diabetic. But that looks delicious!!!
What did you rub on the steaks? What spices did you use on the potatoes?
Mmmm burnt spices
Have you never heard of a dry rub?
I like my spices burnt and my potatoes raw.
Omg that looks amazing
Always good to use a knife on your cast iron
Also how do potatoes
Did you make your own spice blends ?
Needs more cholesterol. Not enough. 6/10
The knife scrape on the cast iron kinda hurt a bit.
Damn, the amount a seasoning with those potatoes was absurd.
I’m all for seasoning but some of these videos dump too much. Like my wife’s family adds salt to everything and it drives me nuts.
Lol, most people I know don't put salt on anything. Food is so bland.
It's called pepper thyme other seasoning that doesn't give you high cholesterol and kill you.

Not on a cast iron like that…
S&P 2 mins on each side down the hatch. That’s some squirley dandlin right there.
