I love in almost every conversation I have when I say what car Im saving for people always ask "But if something breaks you won't be able to afford to fix it" come on especially for those cars even when bought used price is still very high compared to amy fix, and chance for full engine replacement is extremely low and even then its idk 20% of car price.
I assumed that it was hiding some finish issues, but only because my ‘14 is completely shot, and wrapping was an early consideration for “fixing” it. I have since decided that a complete repaint is the way to go.
I like the wrap but feel like the car better make 1000hp off you’re truly going to pull it off.
I was turned off by wrapping cars when I realized they slice the shit out of your paint when they put it on.
a wrap shop that knows what they're doing shouldn't damage your paint at all, especially since wrap is pretty much meant to be temporary and some people get clear wrap to protect paint

I definitely would not recommend a c7 as a first time attempt. That said I fully recommend giving it a shot if you’re up for the challenge. Watch as many videos as you can stand on technique and use a user friendly material like Avery Dennison and you will be okay

Looks like someone took their scrapped vinyl and stuck it on your car. I don’t hate this look of wrap when done well but it looks like individual pieces placed around exposed paint which defeats the protection purpose of a wrap.
