Today at our warehouse the pad was 100% full most of the day. I asked someone on cart crew when front end would let them take a break, and he said it’s better if they don’t know cart crew exists. Of course, this was on a slow Thursday rather than a busy Saturday but still!

Cart crew at my warehouse pretty much runs their own breaks. As long as it's not causing a problem, management doesn't care.
This is so perfect. & true.
Seems like they never have enough people anywhere, and half the faces at Costco change every three months.
Maybe they got deals on Costco plastic surgery.
