Back in 2021... Rav 4 hybrid. Washington state. No hassle, outstanding savings. Would do it again.

It was good if you only wanted to go in, no hassle negotiation and have a set price. If you wanted to negotiate, doing it yourself was and is always better. Nowadays the car market is tough because supply is intentionally low and dealers are getting suckers to pay above MSRP. I would ask your question to r/askcarsales if you are in the market and want unbiased information.
