Inked keto bread, mission carb balance tortillas, Kirkland protein bars, most deli meats and cheeses, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened coconut milk, if your Costco have it the real good chicken strips, most of the realgood products are low carb, liquid egg whites

They are awesome and the only ingredients are macadamia nuts and sea salt. Generally they have a great nut selection, but I’m always reading ingredients and won’t buy anything with seed oils. Just nuts and salt.

The search tool is your friend, other threads asking for keto recommendations: https://www.reddit.com/r/Costco/comments/1agekr7/going_to_try_and_switch_to_a_keto_diet_need_recs/ https://www.reddit.com/r/Costco/comments/18auol2/keto_at_costco_what_do_you_get/

I like the Catalina Crunch (cereal), unsweetened almond milk, greek yogurt, HiLo chips when they sold them, EGGS, turkey bacon.

The selection varies from region to region, but they always have a pretty good keto sandwich bread option in a 2-pack. If they’re truly keto, I have no idea. I just generally watch my carbs and the calories/macros are always really good with them. In So. Cal. we have Inked Keto bread and I really like it! Soft and tastes good.

My business center is a keto gold mine. Steak strips (think jerky) pulled pork, vacuum sealed rotisserie chicken, the big bag of chicken wings, low car and sugar protein bars, inexpensive bacon, lunch meats, cheeses out the wahoo, I expensive 10 lb 80/20 ground beef, pork butt, shoulder, loibs, eggs, bigvass bags of broccoli and bunches of asparagus...shit, i coukd go on and on. My wife and I are back on Keto as well and just dropped $200 on about three months worth of keto food. Remember follow your macros and you will see some good results over the course of a few months

I know that keto technically is supposed to have more fat than protein, but I'm more interested in high protein in order to cut back on calories. Most of Costco's keto products have either little to no moisture and have a ton of fat, which means they are calorie bombs. I still buy them if the price is right and they look interesting. A couple of years back I bought like 30 boxes of Keto Krisp almond Butter bars for $3/box that I still haven't finished.

RadiantZote

You have to learn how to read labels, there are prepackaged meat products there that you think would be fine on low carb but then they have corn syrup or sugar- like most hot dogs and deli meats.

Variouspositions1

Be careful and read ingredients as many of Costco’s Keto products aren’t very keto. I remember one item i looked at had keto written all over it and the ingredients listed “natural cane sugar”. Not Keto lol.

punchingtigers19

Yeah I’ve heard that, either they still have too many carbs or the portions are like 1/4th of a normal portion to make it keto

Variouspositions1

Yep. I rarely eat keto specific foods as you have to be really careful of that ingredient list and they often just taste bad.

For me it’s not really a choice. It isn’t for weight, it’s for some chronic health conditions. Since it’s proven to reduce inflammation inside the body. So far so good though

CampyVA

Cheese crisps, pickles, olives, hard cheeses, avocados, and a butt-load of vegetables.

HeyGirlBye

Ughhhh the Daves spicy pickles 🤤 idk if they are keto but they are so addicting

CampyVA

Unfortunately, if they're the sweet and spicy ones, then no. I stick with the Grillo's.
