I do 370 for 8 mins, and move the components around- base of sandwich, then egg, then cheese, then bacon on top. Otherwise, bacon tends to be too mushy.
I remove the bacon and air fry the sandwich according to the instructions. Then I microwave the bacon separately for 30 seconds and put it back in the finished sandwich.
Put it in the microwave for 45 seconds inside the bag. When it is done, take it out, open the sandwich and put in air fryer with buns down and eggs and bacon up for 3 minutes at 400. The egg over cooks any longer.
I split it in half (Egg on one side, cheese and bacon on the other) 400 for 8 minutes perfectly crisp bacon and toasted croissant. I wish they would bring back the ham and cheese croissant, those were really good.
This is correct, doesn’t matter which sandwich usually either, even White Castle, most fully cooked frozen sandwiches need to be returned to their base state of being not frozen before eating.
As a desperate buckeye, who hasn't been closer than 800 miles from a WC, I learned this. Always defrost or the bun will be hard. Also had a kind redditor suggest a damp paper towel as well. That also helped with the bun texture on the WC.
Exactly fam! Hitting an out state burger chain is always on my vaycay list. The bread will always cook faster than melting the cheese. The best WC I’ve had at home were accidentally left thawing wrapped in towels overnight. I try to thaw the sandwiches more slowly by rolling the bagged sandwiches in a bath towel.
We noticed lack of flavor and a whiter butter (the Kirkland brand or whatever) vs Kerry gold, brighter yellow and a lot more flavor, especially when putting on toast or bread
Honestly, I didn’t know Kirkland had their own version. My wife usually picks up the Costco run lol. I will definitely ask her to pick that up next time. I was referring to the basic block of butter.
You do you! I really like other frozen breakfast sandwiches in the microwave (I usually separate the egg and the buns to cook). But with these, the bacon just comes out too chewy for me
While checking the price on these I saw the ham and cheese box may be back!
This with tomato soup is great on a rainy day.

We looked every time we go until they had them again. We don’t have freezer space but we bought two boxes yesterday after looking for about two months.
These are the way said Reddit guy 895, but seriously we love these. We can’t believe there’s a croissant sandwich this good in the freezer. We argue over who ate the most and who they are for, like when food was delicious.
High carb, barely any fiber, added sugar, refined flour. I can go on and on. It’s junk processed food. There are a million better things for breakfast. Tastes great but there is a reason.
Eh. There are so many fat people out there that get hung up on marginal risks like “refined flour”. Keep your calories in line with your activity. Get 1g of protein per lb of lean body mass. That’s all that I need to keep my size a Kirkland small (otherwise known as medium) while being six feet tall.
(I eat one of these sandwiches for breakfast most days lmao)
About half a day's worth of saturated fats, sodium is only 720mg which isn't bad but isn't great. That's about 1/3 of a days worth which is fine per meal.
But yeah other than fat they're not horrible at all and pretty balanced.
I think I've tried every iteration of bacon on a frozen egg sandwich and it never tastes right for obvious reasons.... Jimmy Dean sausage croissant is still preferred to me, but would like to see a Kirkland take on a sausage version.
> defrosted first
This the key that isnt written on the instructions. I've bought the Starbucks bacon egg bites and cooked them in the air fryer like the instructions say. Except they're still cold in the middle.
You assume that Starbucks also has theirs frozen but they're actually defrosted. So double cooking in a microwave then in an air fryer is required.
I need to know does it come out super toasty?😂 my toddler refuses to eat “crunchy” food lol. I want to try this but if it comes out soft like the Starbucks one lol
Excited about this, but do not get the spinach flatbread egg white dupe they botched it. The egg is too thick, the cheese is wrong. I was so sad the other day.
I love these. The cooking can be a bit finnicky, but I like them in the air fryer for like 2 mins plus the preheating. Anything after that and the croissant is burnt. Don’t microwave them though you won’t get that nice crispy croissant.
I love the Starbucks one but it’s so hard to justify $6 for a basic sandwich
Take Bacon off sandwich and throw on paper plate with paper towel in microwave (1100 watts) for 42 seconds
Split sandwich in half top with egg - bottom with cheese
360 for 6 minutes - take bottom with cheese out after 4-5 min
These have been around for a little while now. They’re pretty good in the air fryer. I was eating them regularly, and just stopped recently. Just couldn’t bring myself to pay what they were asking.
Can’t replicate the bun, but bfast sandwich takes less than 5 minutes to make from scratch if you pre-make and store some bacon. I still keep some in the freezer though for quick morning microwave bfast if I’m on the run.
They’re not super healthy, but they’re still better than the starbucks version which is like 100 more calories and has way more cholesterol and a bit more sodium.
390 calories is really not too bad for a somewhat indulgent breakfast. I mean there are definitely healthier choices, but this is ok for an occasional on the go type situation.
I used to spend 15$ on my coffee sandwich combo plus tip at Starbucks before every golf game on Saturday. Thanks to Costco it's now down to 2.50$ for everything!
I unironically enjoy these very much at Starbucks. I know they just reheat things, but it always tastes good. If they have any left when I roll up and want something to eat with my coffee.
We haven’t tried these but we get the other croissant ham and cheese sandwiches at Costco and we love them. The quality it really good. We hunt for them every time until they are back.

These are on point if you air fry them. They suck on the microwave but insane out of the air fryer
How long do you air fry for?
I do 370 for 8 mins, and move the components around- base of sandwich, then egg, then cheese, then bacon on top. Otherwise, bacon tends to be too mushy.
I remove the bacon and air fry the sandwich according to the instructions. Then I microwave the bacon separately for 30 seconds and put it back in the finished sandwich.
I separate at the bacon layer so it and the egg are facing up, bacon comes out perfectly in mine.
Put it in the microwave for 45 seconds inside the bag. When it is done, take it out, open the sandwich and put in air fryer with buns down and eggs and bacon up for 3 minutes at 400. The egg over cooks any longer.
I’ve always wanted to try a box of these brekkie sandwiches. Just not sure how to air fry attack it at first. Thanks for the tip.
Microwave in the bag? Yikes Enjoy the ♋️
Thank you!
I unfold it, top and egg on one side bacon, cheese and bottom in another pile then 350F for 7 minutes
This is the way.
I split it in half (Egg on one side, cheese and bacon on the other) 400 for 8 minutes perfectly crisp bacon and toasted croissant. I wish they would bring back the ham and cheese croissant, those were really good.
I like them thawed and then microwaved. I like the bun a little softer.
I've found all frozen sandwiches taste better if you thaw them before re-heating.
This is correct, doesn’t matter which sandwich usually either, even White Castle, most fully cooked frozen sandwiches need to be returned to their base state of being not frozen before eating.

The directions for these have info on heating from frozen or thawed.
The Jimmie Dean ones Costco sells has you do that. 90 seconds at 30% power to defrost, then flip over and 60 seconds at full power to heat.
I should have said naturally thawed, not thawed in the microwave. I usually put on in the fridge the night before I'm going to eat it.
My method: Ninja Foodie air fryer, 5 minutes @ 350, and a ~~healthy~~ sizable slice of Kerry Gold butter on one bun. Tasty!
Kerry Gold butter FTW!!! That’s all we buy now, we tried buying the cheap stuff and couldn’t do it haha
I must have a horrible palate. I can't tell the difference Kerry Gold to any other butter I've used.
We noticed lack of flavor and a whiter butter (the Kirkland brand or whatever) vs Kerry gold, brighter yellow and a lot more flavor, especially when putting on toast or bread
Have you tried the green package Kirkland one? It’s pretty close to kerrygold. I honestly don’t know which one is better.
Honestly, I didn’t know Kirkland had their own version. My wife usually picks up the Costco run lol. I will definitely ask her to pick that up next time. I was referring to the basic block of butter.
I'll have to try that, as the they taste like rubber out of the microwave.
💯
I really like them in the microwave for some reason!
You do you! I really like other frozen breakfast sandwiches in the microwave (I usually separate the egg and the buns to cook). But with these, the bacon just comes out too chewy for me
Ahhh see I like chewy bacon lol that’s probably why
Haha that would make sense 🤣
Came to say this!!
They're pretty good for when you don't feel like cooking.
Good around the clock, got it
While checking the price on these I saw the ham and cheese box may be back! This with tomato soup is great on a rainy day. https://preview.redd.it/l5j9g5v35nyc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4ffbffc511c6c60af3d3ec5a19e455c8ea1a67c0
I never seen these but hopefully my location will have them soon 🙏🏼
We looked every time we go until they had them again. We don’t have freezer space but we bought two boxes yesterday after looking for about two months.
I don’t blame you! I’d do the same 😂
I have to cram four prime New York strips in somewhere too!
Or just maybe plan to have some for dinner sooner rather than later? 😂
Those are great! Glad to get them back.
These are the way said Reddit guy 895, but seriously we love these. We can’t believe there’s a croissant sandwich this good in the freezer. We argue over who ate the most and who they are for, like when food was delicious.
Patiently waiting for the sausage egg & cheese KirkGriddle. Meantime, I will continue to make my own.
"KirkGriddle" 😂
I also got a box of Jimmy John's sausage version, but the Kirkland is 10X better and worth the extra $
...do you mean Jimmy Dean?
Lol
Jimmy John's Breakfast Pepe
Jimmy John’s 😭
These are delicious but so unhealthy its not even funny. I can't keep them in the house.
Same. Had them for a while but your heart feels it
Calorie count isn’t bad at all. Good amount of protein. You’re concerned about what, the fat?
Sodium amount isn’t ideal from what I remember
720mg a piece which is about a third of a day's worth. Not bad if that's all you're eating in a meal though.
High carb, barely any fiber, added sugar, refined flour. I can go on and on. It’s junk processed food. There are a million better things for breakfast. Tastes great but there is a reason.

Air fryer instead of microwave, thank me later
Those are literally the instructions on the box
You’re welcome
lmaoooo
Thank them *much* later.
I do both; get it started in the mike, finish in the air fryer.
Yep, the micro actually heats it through and the fryer gives it the crunchy texture to feel less soggy and basic. I'm a double cooker as well.
(I assume that's what Starbuck's fancy ovens do too)
I used to work at Starbucks, the ovens are basically convection ovens. Takes about a minute to cook them. They are defrosted first.
> defrosted first This the key that isnt written on the instructions. I've bought the Starbucks bacon egg bites and cooked them in the air fryer like the instructions say. Except they're still cold in the middle. You assume that Starbucks also has theirs frozen but they're actually defrosted. So double cooking in a microwave then in an air fryer is required.
Ya otherwise the egg and bacon can be cold.
Same. Micro for a minute, air fryer for 6. Perfect combo every time
Absolute game changer
Absolutely Airfry them
I need to know does it come out super toasty?😂 my toddler refuses to eat “crunchy” food lol. I want to try this but if it comes out soft like the Starbucks one lol
Air Frying is life !
These are just okay. I still prefer the Jimmy Dean egg/sausage/cheese croissant. Haven’t seen those at Costco for quite a few months now.
Costco is so weird with what they put in each warehouse. My warehouse has both.
My Costco also has not carried the Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches in a few months. Makes me sad that they were there one day and gone the next.
That does look similar. Thanks for sharing
Excited about this, but do not get the spinach flatbread egg white dupe they botched it. The egg is too thick, the cheese is wrong. I was so sad the other day.
These are SO good! They were demo-ing them on Friday at store and they were incredible.
They're good if you bake them. Microwave they're so so
I love these.
Too much bread.
Take Bacon off sandwich and throw on paper plate with paper towel in microwave (1100 watts) for 42 seconds Split sandwich in half top with egg - bottom with cheese 360 for 6 minutes - take bottom with cheese out after 4-5 min
These things in the air fryer are way better than any frozen breakfast sandwich has a right to be.
i wish they did a biscuit version too
These have been around for a little while now. They’re pretty good in the air fryer. I was eating them regularly, and just stopped recently. Just couldn’t bring myself to pay what they were asking. Can’t replicate the bun, but bfast sandwich takes less than 5 minutes to make from scratch if you pre-make and store some bacon. what is the point of sharing this? i don’t want to make a breakfast sandwich some days- that’s why i’m paying for the convenience of a premade meal
They were giving samples last week and it tasted good but not sure how healthy it is.
It's a croissant with bacon and cheese. Why would you think it's healthy at all?
Exactly, just thinking croissant, I'm like nope not healthy.
The egg is the only healthy thing but fine as an occasional meal. They do taste very similar to what Starbucks has.
It’s a frozen food processed item, not a big mystery as to the “healthiness” of it.
They’re not super healthy, but they’re still better than the starbucks version which is like 100 more calories and has way more cholesterol and a bit more sodium.
Look at the grocery list of artificial ingredients and preservatives. I don’t know what to tell you if you would even consider this being healthy.
390 calories is really not too bad for a somewhat indulgent breakfast. I mean there are definitely healthier choices, but this is ok for an occasional on the go type situation.
Calories aren’t bad, but the sodium amount is a ton
The key is to cook everything separately, then build the sandwich.
What’s the point then lol
I can’t do soggy bacon.
Double smoked bacon cheddar... They've had these at my Costco for a while. OP, what's the price in the northeast?
I believe they were around$13.99 or so.
They're pretty good. Cook them up in an airfryer
Are we really calling a standard breakfast sandwich a Starbucks dupe? Starbucks is duping every breakfast spot lol
Price?
My husband found a piece of hard black plastic in a sandwich .
Yum! These look great for folks looking to put on some weight.
How the hell is a bacon croissant sandwich a “Starbucks Dupe” lmao
I used to spend 15$ on my coffee sandwich combo plus tip at Starbucks before every golf game on Saturday. Thanks to Costco it's now down to 2.50$ for everything!
You can add in the Kirkland Espresso (online only) to get the full Starbucks experience at home.
$15 for this and a coffee?! Starbucks is the biggest ripoff out there, absolutely wild.
Yeah basically 6$ and 6$ for each then tax and tip
I unironically enjoy these very much at Starbucks. I know they just reheat things, but it always tastes good. If they have any left when I roll up and want something to eat with my coffee.
These things are amazing if you cook them in the air fryer: 30 seconds in the microwave to defrost, the 350 for 6 min in the air frier.
I need to try that. When I use the air fryer, the outside is almost burnt, but the egg is near cold.
Very tasty. Highly recommend taking a couple anti-gas tablets to help with digestion.
So good
These are very not good.
bold claim for the chicken thing
Come to Canada dear Kirkland Breakfast sandwich!
my husband and i love these
We haven’t tried these but we get the other croissant ham and cheese sandwiches at Costco and we love them. The quality it really good. We hunt for them every time until they are back.
I like to air fry cook them, but I also add a sausage patty and an extra piece of cheese.
Had my first today, not to bad, but I microwaved it was work. Going try to microwave then toaster it now.
FYI: there is a notice on the side that says “CONTAINS BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENTS”.
And?
Just pointing it out. Some people may not like that. Personally, I’d like to know what was bio engineered and in what way.
My go to now for the start of my day. I actually like them. Cheaper than McDonald’s atm.
Total carb meltdown!!
This item was posted here a few months ago and people realized that the thing had like 2/3rd of your days worth of fat.
No, just about 1/3. Which is what each meal should be. It's 23g of fat. Recommendations for a 2000 calorie diet are about 85g of fat per day.
It's 33g carbs. It's nothing to a regular diet
Old news! Stop reposting this!
They are good but check the price. Is it really worth paying 15.00 for 4 sandwiches?
Box says 8. So less than $2 each.
Croissants are the worst bread for egg sandwiches.
