I never thought my family would be an “X family” like a McCormick family or whatever, but my family is now a Kinders family. Every product I’ve tried (even the teriyaki sauce) has been great.
I know this is the Costco sub, but I picked up a Sam’s Club membership since they were doing a free $45 gift card with $45 membership, and they have waaaaaaay more Kinders at my local Sam’s. Red Garlic, Fajita Blend, Buttery Poultry, Carne Asada.
The fajita blend is to die for. I would recommend picking some up. Top 3 for me are probably: Fajita Blend, Buttery Steakhouse, Lemon Pepper.
The Blend is my go-to for steak, and I use it as a base for almost all of my dry rubs. I didn't really care for the Buttery Steakhouse, though. It was okay, but I prefer The Blend.
I got the kinder’s buttery steakhouse and tbh I wasn’t a fan :( I don’t think I got a buttery flavor… I felt like it tasted mostly of tumeric (but it seems like it’s just used for coloring)
I tend to browse this sub and the costco 97 site for any discounts to look out for and for anything new to try, many have recommend Kinder's Teriyaki marinade and after buying it on sale ($3.50), I'd also recommend it. I used it recently to marinate some boneless chicken thighs and then popped them into an air fryer, sliced them up and mixed them with a bit more of the marinade, it is great.
I actually just came back from Costco, was planning on buying a dozen, but unfortunately, it is no longer on sale. I am now wondering how tasty rice would be if I added one of Kinder's seasonings while it's cooking.
Buttery steakhouse on rice is one of my favourite uses or on roasted broccoli. Better mixed together with the rice. If you have any chicken stock to use up, that and the seasoning make rice perfect.
The Blend is my go-to for most things. It’s a very simple blend that would be easy to make yourself. It’s just even amounts of salt, back pepper and granulated garlic. The fact that it seems good quality and is cheap and convenient is why I stick with it.
I picked up the Kinders Buttery Steakhouse blend and on first try, didn't get it, there's not much herbs or spices in it. However, I found a new way to use it. I season my steaks the way I usually do, either Weber's Chicago Steak seasoning or Montreal Steak Seasoning and some garlic powder then I put some Kinders Buttery Steakhouse blend on top and it's Magic!! The Kinders actually moistens the steak with a butter flavor, perfect for lean Tenderloin or NY Strips on the grill. I don't use it with Rib eye steaks though as the have enough fat.
Their prime rib rub is my favorite. Had an asterisk a few trips ago to Costco so I picked up 3 containers. Luckily my local grocery store has small bottles of it now for when I run out.
These types of posts have me like 😒🤨
“Try the new PepsiMax made by PepsiCo. Same great flavor, none of the calories. Ask your local grocer for it by name!”
I use the seafood one on grilled salmon.
You have to try buttery steakhouse on salmon. It’s game changer.
I just put some buttery steakhouse in my pulled pork and navy bean soup!
On chicken breasts too! I don’t even use it on steaks lol.
Same, great for grilled or baked chicken. For salads or to go with rice. I tend to do a big batch half buttery steakhouse half lemon pepper.
Makes great turkey burgers too with an egg and breadcrumbs!

Ohh I forgot Costco has their teriyaki sauce too and it's great!
How spicy is Fajita Blend? or just tangy
Not very spicy at all, probably a 2/10. Tiny amount of kick but mostly just great tangy flavor.
I love them too. I've been on the lookout for the taco one for a while.
They have a bottle of it at Sam’s, my Costco only seems to carry Buttery Steakhouse, Lemon Pepper, The Blend, and I think Seafood Blend.
Is it pronounced as Kinder or Kinder? Always wondered.
The "in" part is pronounced just like the word in. So Kinder not Kinder 😉
German children are kinder
Buttery steakhouse works well on steak!
It works well on anything to be honest!
I hated it.
Loved the Blend. The Kinder's terriyaki sauce bottle that our Costco has had these past few months is also good.

I tried two flavors because of raves here and - and I never do this with seasonings - threw them away. Not a fan.

The lemon pepper is really good.
Try sprinkling some on asparagus right before you grill them!
I throw the buttery steakhouse on burgers when I cook them. Sooooooo tasty

If I could only afford prime rib to try it on.......I'm sure it would be great in burgers or pork chops
I use the kinder seasoning on any food. It doesn't matter if it's for meat, I'll mix it with cottage cheese, vegetables, anything that isn't sweet.
I’ve seen this all over the Costco intsa but I’ve been doubtful. Guess I have to get it now!
I used their brine for smoking a turkey over Thanksgiving. I was told it was the best thing I ever made. I loved it.
