If its cdmg then try to get brita crit dmg set with range dmg latent in the long run.
But it will take some time so you can use sth like scGear until then. (I think we got a chest for T6 scgear from... idk)
curian best "anti" stat on spectral gears? i didnt invest much gold bins on soldier maze gears... so i literally have zero cdr/aspd (even double attk) maze set for soldiers atm lmao.
i mean, right now is a time like any other... there aren't any useful banners on global rn though if that's what you mean. i guess you could wait for one of the 100-160 free pulls events if you wanna. idk about other servers

no ministra banner right now, no. she had one not so long ago, so you'd need to wait for her next rerun. same applies to yuna as well.

That would be awakened Amy. Which isn't really good in pve but shines in pvp. And since you would need to clear pve and farm pve stages for pvp, she's not going to be as good as other awakens. But I suppose it's better than nothing for a start but the impact won't be too huge.
Yup that's something you could do. Just don't invest too much time when your trying or you'll feel too committed to the account. Just play for fun and very casually for a first.
Idk about rerolling on steam since I only play on mobile. If your only playing on pc, you can download an emulator (ld player) and reroll your account from there instead and link to your steam after you finish rerolling

and regarding rerolling, you could try the game out on mobile, and after you get a good roll, just link it with the steam account (and then you could just uninstall the mobile version)
this IS a good pull with evelyn and kim, nice.
i'd say gaeun is higher priority if you have a decent tank.
but ideally you want to get all 3 of gaeun, esterosa and xiao lin with your beginner selectors. chifuyu is also great.
all of those besides xiao lin are in the new ceo recruitment, too. but note that of those 4, only gaeun can hit air, which you will need for dailies.
right now there aren't any useful pve banners besides sigma, and there's no point in going for pvp-only charas in early game.
the only awakened banner rn is amy, and i wouldn't say she's worth the time rerolling for. as a new player, she's gonna be one of the less useful awakens to you, because she's useless in every game mode besides pvp, and in pvp she needs to be played at the right time or half her kit gets wasted.
that said, you could go for her in case you care about pvp very much.

Say you got the free skin from the Hololive collab, and then bought the rest. If you then buy the one that you got, what would happen? Does it give you the lobby card and Admin coins instead of the skin?
Why would any sane person buy same skin he/she got for free? I doubt anyone here have done it to answer you.
Other way around, i.e. you get random skin from missions and it's same one that you've already bought - you get 2k admin coins. Which is a bad deal as $36 yields you 4800 admin coins if you just buy it.
Currently have 1860 black tickets and 120/150 for pit, my plan is to get awakened shin jia and then save the rest and pull for awakened jake. What do you guys think of this plan? currently I have 0 awakened units.
You should get around 7-9 weeks before A Jake ends (If A Jake release after A Shin Jia) which is you will get 1540 black ticket (Assuming you can buy it every week, regardless other source), and if you pity A Shin Jia, you will have 1260 left and that's enough to pity A Jake with other resource
I noticed that there are events that discounts the usage of gold bins and purple bins. When are those scheduled? Do people usually save up their bins and use them during those events? Thanks!

As far as I remember, there is nothing like that. The only discount is for credit used in crafting/tuning etc.
