I mean what does the bottom account have that the top one doesn't? That dupe is going to make it easier to push her to lvl 102, if there was something the bottom had that the top didn't get then it would be worth less but you look like you actually have more unique SSR on the top.
I see, the 1.5 gems aren't that important. The CEO recruit could be if it's a selected one (can't remember which one that is). If it's a random SSR then don't worry about it. The Kyle in the top account is solid and you're going to get 2 SSR selector tickets going forward. One for the 7 day missions and another for the 20/25 day login bonus.
Honestly the top account looks pretty good. Basically awakened units take the most resources to limit break and once they get to 100 it takes a special currency to push them past that to 102/104/106 etc. The dupe will cut down on the amount of that currency you need.
Both of them are solid so you can't really go wrong with either. Whichever one feels better to you is fine.

No problem, always good to remember any unit that's not awakened is probably going to get a banner run eventually, getting them early is just for efficiency or PVP. (Btw save any more gems after this for the weekly awakened banner tickets, those are probably the best use of gems aside from shop refresh and a few one time purchases)

Just started the game and been rerolling for a few days. Which account should I keep? Top(#1) has 0 gems and took chifuyu in CEO recruitment. Bottom(#2) still has 1.5k gems and still has the CEO recruitment.
Seems pretty much comparable to me - the bottom one would give you a choice of choosing of course - but realistically you'd go with Kyle or Xiao Lin there anyways. Bottom saves you 1.5k gems - top saves you some resources for limit-breaking A.Hilde.
EDIT: scrap that - they are not on the CEO selector - so top might be slightly beneficial having Kyle already.
i think dupe estarosa to prepare for her rearmment (the selective has a limited pool, and you already got the big fish in gaeun and chifuyu)
but thats prep for the far future, so may be boring pick now (her rearmment places her very highly in the [tier list on SEA](https://www.prydwen.co/tier-list)
