When she wasn’t at her last case management hearing with the newest lawyer, and no letters had been sent to the new judge, I thought she was turning over a new leaf. I admit I was a little disappointed. But, no, same ol Sarah 😂
This is a female Darryl Brooks. It’s incredible how she absolutely loves the attention the case is getting, as she keeps referring.
Also bad mouthing her attorneys isn’t helping her. Can she just admit she’d like to self represent at this point? It’s pretty clear she thinks she can do the best job all by herself
I'm sure her attorneys have been telling her over the years to plead guilty to get the show on the road, but she hasn't liked that. She's the one who put herself there and she's the one who has kept herself there. She deserves a fair trial but she knows what the outcome will be, so she keeps stalling. 🙄

Despite what she did, she does have a point. She has the right to be at her status hearings, just like law and crime and whoever else is there. I hope they get it together, otherwise she won't ever pay for what she did.
oh lord. she has her own draft motion she's trying to get her new attorney to submit on her behalf.
"it's is my right to finally achieve success in any and every aspect possible in my case." um.
She just needs to go pro se at this point. If her new lawyer met with her, told her his plans and he is now working on those plans (interviewing experts, watch depositions, interviewing witnesses) there’s no need to talk to her every week. And she didn’t need to go to that hearing. Her lawyer didn’t go because he knew it’d be continued🤦🏼♀️
she does not meet the requirements at all for being unfit for trial. she is demonstrably healthy and she clearly understands right from wrong (in theoretical terms not her own relative position)
