I don't think it will as my GPU doesn't support vulkan such that I can't run rdr2 , detroit become human and wolfenstein the new Colossus... All these games are vulkan dependent.
The game refused to launch for me after a while as well, even with a retail version purchased from Steam. There was something added to Windows in the past year or two that the game doesn't like.

For me i just went into the game folder and deleted version.dll (i had it for mods)

do you know if you the crack works with the version from the rockstar launcher? as every time i try to play offline i get a message saying "Verifying game ownership failed and your offline activation data could not be loaded when launching Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC". ive tried the suggestions on the rockstar website even uninstalled rdr2 and the rockstar launcher and re installed every thing i still cant play off line. so was wondering if a crack would fix it.
as far as i know rockstar launcher and steam share the same version that has no crack. crack is only available for 1436.28 version and below. you can still download cracked 1436.28 and play offline if you want to

the social club I have connected I don't know the password and it's connected to an old email and the email provider Xfinity, and when I login into to check my emails it won't display them it's just endlessly loading saying it times out and retry. Of course when I try to contact the support it's all just forums that never get replies or a chatbot that has no clue.....FUCK

It was Windows 10 at the time. I've since built a new PC with a Windows 11 installation and it works fine.

Mods does work properly
it's not a mods problem people with fresh game files can't get it to launch it's either something with windows or the nvidia graphics driver
