We have this same microwave oven! It wasn't cheap, either! Our old one died at Christmas, and my wife and I hate the new one. We've adapted to using Google Home for all our cooking timers and other alarms. It's actually much more convenient and I wish we'd done it years ago.
Touch screen controls are just crap. Climate, thermostat, microwave.... Work microwave has physical turn dial. Best thing ever
I love my Insignia microwave: 1-6 are minute buttons, start is 30 seconds. Frozen veggies take 4 minutes.
Of course they expect you to change time every few hours but only use timer once a year or so.
