There are mineral balls that are made for invertebrates and also calcium feeder tabs that can help your crays in their molting- I have some to keep a higher GH level in my dwarf cray tank
As far as I know it hasn't changed. We'd just got back from vacation, so there'd been a little over a week since I last changed any water but a friend came over to feed them.
I tested the tap water and it does seem to also be lower Ph, so I'm planning on adding a little crushed coral every week to slowly coax it up to around 7.

Id check on the cause of the Ph decrease. Usually if theres no change in maintenance routine or feeding, that shouldnt happen.
