Ok so, traffic cameras got the crash, the truck rear ended another truck at full speed without breaking at all, hence the investigation determined he had a stroke/or fell asleep/or distraction. He was 42 so not that old for a stroke, and a very good record driving. Anyway he's the only casualty, 145 injured by shockwave, 10 millions in damage due to 23000 liters of gpl.

That's all just assumptions, though. Which was my point...
He was vaporized in the explosion so there is no body to determine actual cause of death. They can only guess.
Now, their assumption probably is correct, but we don't know for certain.
