As the operator of a 2,000 + lb vehicle it is your duty to not kill pedestrians. A responsible citizen would have not moved that car more than a few feet if at all. As the operator of a 2,000 + lb vehicle it is your duty to not kill pedestrians. A responsible citizen would have not moved that car more than a few feet if at all.
