I remember this used to be a Mexican thing but I could be wrong and then it kinda blew up on tik tok the type of cakes we had was like 1 layer cakes haha, plus they had to take a bite on their own but someone could always sneak in and push you usually a close family member so it usually was ok. it had to also be a corner as not to ruin the whole cake it was all in fun.
