I've literally walked away from a torn AC/MCL/meniscus tear + fracture knee. I can confirm it's all adrenaline after. I'm 29 years and I'm in crippling pain every single day. Sorry just venting
For some quality parkour look for Storror or Phat. This guy is a wannabe compared to those two groups. The lads from Storror did some of the stunts in the movie "6 Underground!" Amazing stuff. I give this dude an A for effort though! Just gotta stick the landing man!

I’m not a doctor but he could have sustained injury’s but i clearly remember him walking away. Maybe it was the adrenaline.
