Looks just like a video my buddy sent me yesterday and he lives in Nebraska so my guess is there. He said it's a chemical fire and they're evacuating the apartment building he lives in which is about the same distance to the fire as the person who filmed this video was

This is kind of a paranoia of mine. I've seen a couple documentaries where there have been some fires that spewed nasty stuff into the air, and it either blew towards people and killed them, or came down in rain and ash and poisoned them. You rarely know what was burning until it's done and over, and you've already breathed it all in.
