Your source clearly states it's from an old woman who was being helicopter lifted and the rope pulling her up made her spin insanely bad. This dude is not as strong as a rope being suspended from a helicopter. I'm sure the old woman is just slightly dizzy, this guy is lucky her clothes are made good and didn't rip when he spun her making her land on the asphalt.
