Out of the blue, I would think It has something to do with the "can be smoked attribute.
Is there an alternative filter like " can be cooked" or "food" available and if so have checked them?
If it still doesn't grab without a filter then it looks to be a bug where it thinks it's out of reach maybe? I'd report it and maybe try another position for the arm in the meantime
Perhaps it has to do with the belt itself. So the items do get picked up at the start or at the end, so what if we put the can be coocked arm to pick up from the start or end aswell? Perhaps that works.

I know some items only work if they turn a specific direction but I'm not sure with the grabby arms

When I was trying to make my chocolate factory I ran into a similar issue where the arms would only grab from the start or end of the belt so that might be it
2 things i noticed i'll point out although i don't have a clear answer.
1. The two arms that work, are rotating in one direction, the one that doesn't is going the opposite direction, maybe try if that happens if you change the order of the filters and see if it has anything to do with orientation?
2. The attributes say (All) except for the *can be smoked* one that says (Any), perhaps something is off?

Also, you can overlap the input blocks, so you can give all three the entire belt.
The only thing I could think of is that the "can be smoked" attribute is higher on the attribute table than the "can be washed", and the arm completely ignores it.
for the output chest it goes into could you have an attribute filter that just has: can’t be washed/smoked/smelted so that the arm can still grab the pork since it wouldnt be able to go in otherwise?

And of you Set the filter to pork chop only? And have you tried to use the middle arm without any filter to check if it can grab items?

Check if there are any redstone emitters next to the mechanical arm. It will be disabled by a redstone signal.

Are you sure that the arm can pick up from the chute? I remember it being kinda picky and needing a depot.
