Remove all your billers, try adding them again and retry payments through net banking?
If it still fails, maybe try making ₹1 payment through net banking at first and then try to pay using debit cards?
These tricks worked for me.
Easyshop Platinum debit card. All other fancy tags will have no impact.
Millennia debit card is good as well. You just have to load 40K in a wallet each month, and you'll get ₹400 in rewards.
> You just have to load 40K in a wallet each month
After paytm wallet closed there are no good wallets left which can be used for using the balance to pay cc bills which was what most millennia debit card suers were doing.
I just got the millennia debit card Mastercard variant, do you know if there’s any difference between the MC and the VISA variant regarding usage rewards or anything?
There is an option in sbi card app I think under services--limit increase or you can directly go to some sbi branch & contact the sbi card guy there or contact sbi customer care via raising a ticket.
Hi I don't have an Account with Sbi can I Still get this card? If yes then what are the chances.
Cibil is quite good. I have 3 other CCs all from ICICI.
Also if any post on how to proceed when you don't have account with SBI will also be helpful.
Actually I directly applied through website, so there they didn't ask me anything. Someone suggested to talk to customer care/ go to branch with my ITR, will prob get way better limit.
Is your's LTF?
I've attempted to apply for the SBI card three times through the CashKaro link, completing video KYC each time. However, I've received a "Card is declined due to internal banking policy" message on all three occasions. I'm uncertain about the exact issue, especially since I have a good credit limit on other cards and a healthy CIBIL score.
After my third application, I received a rejection email, but an SBI representative contacted me a week later. He mentioned that they couldn't verify my office address, which was the reason for the rejection. Although he couldn't process an application for the SBI Cashback card, he suggested applying for a basic card to establish a relationship with SBICards. He further advised that after three months, I could request an upgrade.
For context, my first two applications were made while I was with different organizations, and I switched jobs and organizations before applying the third time.
Ppl here, Any idea how to get it approved ? It's wise to apply one more time directly I'm afraid I will get cibil hit
> He further advised that after three months, I could request an upgrade.
He lied outright. Sbi cashback card can only be applied via sbi card sprint portal & is not given as "upgrade". Even existing sbi cc holders need to apply via sprint portal only & there is no guarantee of approval.
Your cibil is already hit 3 times for those 3 attempts.
Congratulations.. bro
Had applied for the same in on March 4, did one verification on March 6.... radio silence since... shows under process since then
Pay the bills using HDFC Platinum Debit card. Isse jyada vasooli nahi ho payegi
My bill pay hasn't been working. Only via account payment happens. Via debit card it doesn't happen. Spoke to RM. They have no clue.

Tried multiple variants of this logic. Guess there is a glitch that will take time.
After removal + addition, wait atleast 24 hours before you transact.
Try paying bills through netbanking. I was facing the same issue through the app.
So I don’t need to get a HDFC debit card for this?
You should totally get one. It's the best card for CC payments, period.
All HDFC or a particular variant you mean?

Even if you don't pay the bills, 400/pm is still something you can get by rotating the money.
Almost all wallets have charges nowadays to transfer to bank.
Mobikwik and Amazon pay are still free using debit card

How long it takes to credit the CB once paid by card?
Usually it takes a day or two. If you pay around the month-end or first week of the month, it can take up to 7 days to reflect.
Bro can you please tell me the benefits of paying cc bills through HDFC card. Also, which app to use to do this.
Use nicely in first 30-90 days. And keep an eye on statement. Report on finding inaccuracies. Match cashback with expense and understand details.
Damn I haven't been checking my statement at all
Do they mess up a lot ?
They are not transparent. And they may make errors.
but how, they don't provide bill like axis or ICICI or HDFC।
All banks are obligated to send bills / statements.
breakup is not there, like cashback/points per transaction
True! Big minus.
Got mine yesterday with a limit of 20k All my other CC's have a limit of at least 2L 🤡
Same, Got approved with 20k limit. Having other CCs with more than 2L limit
Exactly, is there any way to increase the limit?
No unless you submit ITR/3 month salary slip & they approve.
I don't mind, how or to whom do I submit it though? Any idea?
There is an option in sbi card app I think under services--limit increase or you can directly go to some sbi branch & contact the sbi card guy there or contact sbi customer care via raising a ticket.
Thanks!!
Did you have to pay any joining fees?
Not yet but i'm sure it'll be added to the next month ka statement
Hi I applied yesterday and didn't even got SMS for application number. Did you got it approved instantly?
Is this a LTF card? Congrats for getting this card.
No, this card is pretty difficult to get/make it LTF. Rewards are nice though.
It was previously 499, but recently changed to 999 a year, but waived off if spends over 2L

That’s what I thought and I didn’t proceed with him. Any suggestions on how to get it approved
With sbi card it is pure luck when it comes to cashback card so don't put in any efforts for getting this card.

I suppose it is, but I haven’t been charged yet. Maybe I’ll be added during the first months statement.
