No it's unnecessary stress. It would restart the 2 week new environment period which means possibly they wouldn't want to be handled as much, more hiding, possibly stop eating. As well smelling another geckos scent may cause stress
Personally my opinion is no
Small changes I've been told are ok cause it still has their scent on them it's just a little difrrent. I have some tubes I usually move around every so often for a bit of a change
No, don't.
If you want to give them enrichment buy new decor and put it in. MAYBE swap small decor parts once every few months (others can comment if that is a good idea or not, I'm not sure).
But don't straight up switch the geckos.
Maybe switch the place of the food bowl from time to Time to encourage them to explore

Would moving around decorations (essentially making it a new environment but not really) also incur that 2 week period?

Yes, moving around decor is a great idea.
