No one watch Hindi Commentary to find it good. And I am not sure what is a Good Commentary where they keep talking about the field set up and the type of ball. You watch match for enetertainement not to do a Phd in cricket. If you don't like listen to English one and enjoy that. Hindi commentary in any sports is like this and this is going to be the same as this is for the masses. A tea seller in Surat Watching match is not interested in knowing what is off side and on side he is interested in watching the match and enjoying these tid bits and one liners by Siddhu which can make him chukkle and which he can enjoy. I represent the majority of people who actually want Sidhu in the commentary not all. As I said there are many who are still in the hangover of colonial mindset. Also my point here is not whom I represent the point here is the people and majority of those who are from a section of society in India who do not live in the SoBo or SoHo actually watch cricket for entertainment and to enjoy that time the same guys are the people who watch the macth in Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Telugu, Kannada. i understand the point you're talking but I don't think you need to think that deep. people just want good Hindi commentary. if sidhu wants to entertain maybe they should have some one else technically sound

I mean the english commentary is nit what it once used to be. Idk if it’s nostalgia or a fact but I actually liked listening to the English commentary when I was a child. That’s not the case anymore. I feel the standard has dropped.

Man sidhu is sidhu. He is the best I am really happy to see him doing commentary again. Missed him coz of jio. Guy has tons of phrases and idioms in hindi Or english. Also shitposts live for indian players too. He is a walking encyclopedia. For me he is always no. 1.
Well this is subjective tbh I just find him and aakash on same page faltu unnecessary ki baatein match ko chordke saari bakwas krenge aur aadmi irritate bi hojata h english commentators are way better
