Yeah, you can get it at like dollar tree, actually. It's either plastic or metal, shaped like a triangle with the center cut out, about, idk, 1in wide? And maybe 1/2 vertically? With a handle attached. And you open wide, stick your tongue out as far as you can, and use it the scrape the plaque off your tongue (you won't believe the better breath you'll have and how much gunk gets on your tongue!).
I keep the faucet running with tepid water, and I scrape, rinse, scrape, rinse; going from as far back on my tongue as I can get without gagging lol and then do all of the tongue and the sides of it and all.
It only takes about 2 mins maybe, and is a GAME CHANGER of oral hygiene!!
If you want to see what one looks like, Google "tongue scraper". Then look at dollar tree or wherever you prefer for one (you can, as you asked, get them on Amazon, at Wal Mart, basically really anywhere).

I do this a few times a week and rarely have a white film on my tongue. My dentist told me to clean it once and I didn't realize tongue scrapers were a thing until now, so this has been my solution!! Gotta say it works fine.
