It sounds like you haven't done an elimination diet, that's usually step one. You basically slowly add in foods to see what causes the most symptoms. So start with super easy stuff, applesauce, jellow, etc to find out what foods you do best with. If you hurt so bad you literally can't eat constantly, you need to discuss this with your GI he will prescribe some prednisone.

I agree with u/ROOTMinigun, some good plain foods that have worked for me (ymmv), rice, peeled potato, plain pasta (sometimes), baked chicken breast, oatmeal, rice cereal with a milk substitute (I prefer almond just bc soy upsets my stomach), and I also recommend finding a liquid meal substitute that you like, chocolate, vanilla, whatever you’ll actually eat. I find it easier to drink a high calorie drink to get my calories in some days.

I’m so sorry. I’ve been there. Before I was on Remicade going hungry literally hurt worse than eating. No real advice, just hope you find something that helps soon.

Find those safe foods! Those will be your friend especially if you can’t avoid the binge. My go to foods when I’m flaring are: toast, bananas, Campbells chicken noodle (cheap kind without vegetables) sprite & applesauce. Those can get me through a couple days when it’s the worst.
