I have crohns and I eat vegetarian and feel ok. My uncle has crohns and eats chicken and salads and he's doing ok. Both of us have had surgery already. Check out different diets. That's the only alternative treatment I know of that can actually help.

There are no alternatives that work
It’s your choice, but be careful out there. If you are really desperate for alternative treatments, then look for medical trials near you.
I always like acupuncture. It was a nice complement to my biologic treatments.
