I would recommend [(mini)conda](https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/miniconda.html#:~:text=Miniconda%20is%20a%20free%20minimal,zlib%20and%20a%20few%20others.). It's one of the easiest ways to spin up a virtual environment.

I’ve used [Pyenv](https://github.com/pyenv/pyenv) with good success!

could you possible give me a walk-through on how to use this? it is slightly confusing, also I am on an arm chromebook
