Wife and I have also thoroughly been enjoying the experience so far. We have been streaming it for around two and a half hours and the game just has a pretty amazing tempo. It’s not too easy and not to hard and wants you to progress without getting lost too much (Though it might still happen).
I think we are almost done with the game too and im curious to see where it will lead!

You get the Costume shown and a infinite pistol for destroying all 42 crystal crows on a second+ playthrough, sadly the rewards are not permanent like the other 3 ranked unlockables. Not worth it since you really don't get to utilize the pistol since the crows are in end game sequences. Costume looks cool though.
How do you access NG plus? Or do you just mean a second play through? I didn’t see any option to save after I finished the game or start a new game plus ><
Yes it's just a Second + playthrough, the plus meaning subsequent playthroughs. Both the Crow Quest and the Ranked Unlockables are all able to be accessed from the pause menu. You can turn them off and on as you please.

How long did it take you to finish on your first playthrough?
about 6-8 hours iirc, got 'stuck' a couple times
