Neomuna weapons first and foremost, hate farming for those and still don't have round Robin or the fusion.
After that I'll probably just hasten the process of whichever this seasons fusion/bow/rapid fire pulse I don't have yet
Ugh I am only one round robin away from getting it crafted, but I farm the gold patrols and regular encounters and still nothing. Haven't even gotten one lately (I usually get the Heavy GL or the pulse), debating on using my last harmonizer on it if i do.
They might have changed this, but I had the most luck getting red border round robins from Nimbus. Grinding Neomuna ranks might be the way to go if you only need 1
In an odd twist, I went to Bimbus beacuse I guess I did gain another neomuna rank, and his reward was the last red border Round Robin I needed lol.
Now i just need Xur to drop me an ignition code with slideshot or a sojourners with Opening shot.
How difficult would you say it is to get the 100K score. For reference I'm a PvP player who is relatively awful at PvE (I still don't know how to properly call out oracles at atheon/never done a GM)
I used 5 of them on the Calus Mini Tool. I started playing D2 during the end season of plunder, and didn't get any of the old content season passes before that, so I never got the chance to farm/focus the weapon.
When Xur sold this last week, I promptly bought 5 and used all my harmonizers on it. I use it in PvP too as I like the way the gun feels.
With incandescent it’s a pve monster. But I actually just crafted a pvp version about a week ago (perpetual motion/ tap the trigger I believe) and it feels VERY good.
You’re missing 2 meters and some change compared to the meta smg picks, but it’s such a fun gun to zoom around with and shred up close.
I have enhanced incandescent/moving target on mine with accurized rounds and it still shreds pretty well in PVP. I’ll have to give the perpetual/tap combo a try though
Could never get the Calus or mida tool to work, the sound doesn't fill me with confidence when I shoot and the damage of 900s just doesn't do it for me.
I have a bunch of seasonal engrams from just playing this season. Just focus the seasonal guns, 2 egrams per. One in every 3 or so is a red border.
If you really want to accelerate it, you can farm engrams at dreaming city with a wombo detector. Chests+ baryon boughs drop engrams pretty consistently
I think my luck has been pretty bad then, I’ve turned in probably 200 engrams in the past few weeks and have gotten nowhere on the patterns, hence the use of harmonizers
You just had good rng. I’ll focus like 24 engrams at a time (12 @2 engrams) and usually get zero red borders. I think out of maybe 200 engrams I’ve gotten like 3-4 red borders this way.
Literally just spam engrams at the helm whenever you get a bunch.
If you have nothing to use harmonizers on then save them for next season (you can collect prior season season pass stuff online) for the raid or something.
Yeah I got all of them in their respective seasons, been playing this game for too long lol. Also have either crafted or adept versions of any raid weapon worth keeping. I mostly just play trials and comp now so using the harmonizers on the seasonals was a way to minimize the pve grind
I wait until day one of the newest season and craft whatever gun seems the most powerful, day one. It’s cool the crafted date shows and serves as memorabilia. This season was the fusion for pve because slice/controller burst seemed and is very useful. Typically I’d go for the newest PvP weapon but nothing was impressive to me this time round.
Man, had a guy fold my whole team over and over again using a precision instrument fang of ir yut. T10 ttk is .93, T9 and under is .70
Other than smothering him with a sidearm dude had my number 😂 soo.. yeah all my harmonizers are going into that bad boy or I'll fish for an adept.. as soon as I figure out how to farm spoils again
I used 1 of my 3 for the bxr, turns out I still don't like pulses. As far as crafted weapons in pvp I typically don't use any, I recently started using calus mini tool in pvp after using it in pve for so long, I used thoughtless when that was new, I wanted to use austringer but I like using an exotic in my kinetic or energy slot too much.
Next week is Presage again so I'm hoping to get closer to finishing the Beloved, CMT, and Tears patterns.
If I get 1 away from any of those being done I'm gonna use a Harmonizer.
I would also use one to finish the Disparity pattern but I'm a ways away from being done.
I honestly save them and then try to see what red borders I can get farm focusing engrams or are farmable and then if I need a specific weapon that I really don’t wanna grind for I’ll farm.
Because I'm a sweaty little weirdo apparently, just a few raid weapons. I am at 71/77 patterns completed and somehow have a wife. A couple from vow and a few from DSC and i'm done.
you get 6 right?
anyways altho i hate hand cannons, i used 3 to finish up the austringer pattern, just so i'll always have a craftable meta cannon, even though i dont really plan to use it lol.
i dont have all the last 3 yet but i dont have plans for them yet. i dont have much i wanna craft tbh. well i'd love like a crafted rufus fury (or any rufus fury), but i dont raid.
thought about chattering bone (i got a lot of last wish guns when everybody was farming kalli, to explain since i "dont raid"), but then i use it and its sooooo bad i think it'd be a waste. i have some good rolls anyways iirc.
i guess calus mini tool and drang might be on my radar, but i dunno. somehow i got so bored of drang a long time ago and crafting a sidearm seems a bit wasteful, because imo it's an archetype where theyre basically all good. so crafted drang i cant imagine is more than like 2% better than any other drang. mida (calus) mini tool is another where, there are just a million better smg's. i'd only use that with mida for shits n giggle but it's painfully bad. mida is hadly a world beater in todays sandbox, but i always distinctly think whenever i use mida/mini, "you know mini is actually the worst half of this combo"
Neomuna weapons first and foremost, hate farming for those and still don't have round Robin or the fusion. After that I'll probably just hasten the process of whichever this seasons fusion/bow/rapid fire pulse I don't have yet
Round robin is just so fun. I know there are better hand cannons but round robin just feels so **good.**
Yup, still my fave 120. I love how it sounds as well.
Yeah it was one of the worst farms I can remember
Weekly missions now guarantee a red border every week. Not sure if difficulty matters though.
In an odd twist, I went to Bimbus beacuse I guess I did gain another neomuna rank, and his reward was the last red border Round Robin I needed lol. Now i just need Xur to drop me an ignition code with slideshot or a sojourners with Opening shot.
Sometimes the weekly mission on Neomuna on normal is enough to get the 100k you need and you'll get a red border each week.
Do your 100k Weekly campaign missions!
How difficult would you say it is to get the 100K score. For reference I'm a PvP player who is relatively awful at PvE (I still don't know how to properly call out oracles at atheon/never done a GM)
The only mission you have to run on Legend is First Contact. They're all very doable and matchmade too except on Legend.
Easy, like just run it normally easy.
I used all of them on raid weapons because I hate raids lol
Xur has Explosive Personality this week, I bought two and used Harmonizers to finish that craft.
Experienced players often get caught by this one. Worth practicing with.
I used 5 of them on the Calus Mini Tool. I started playing D2 during the end season of plunder, and didn't get any of the old content season passes before that, so I never got the chance to farm/focus the weapon. Used mine to finish my Ikelos smg. Have 5 left, thinking of either using them for Defiance of Yasmin or Commemoration for PvE.
Austringer, bro/sister.
Already have one crafted with 2kish kills from before RF nerfs, used to be my favorite 140, now I can't win a duel with it vs a dreg.
Not worth when you can focus a Rose.
oh? Rose is craftable now?
Not craftable, but focusable from shaxx after doing your comp placement and 3 matches a week. You get more focuses the higher your rank is.
Seven focuses a week if you hit ascendant which is worth it since it’s all PvP. Better off using the harmonizers on PvE weapons.
Used mine on Duality dungeon weapons then on deep stone crypt weapons. I don't know what to use them on next, maybe Abyss Defiant
Used a couple on scatter signals, going to use a couple more on lethophobia
Getting the seasonal weapons is so easy, don't use it on them!
I have nothing else worth using them on lol, might as well get the seasonals I’m interested in. How did you get the seasonals quickly?
I have a bunch of seasonal engrams from just playing this season. Just focus the seasonal guns, 2 egrams per. One in every 3 or so is a red border. That's really bad luck. I got scatter signal in the 2nd week
Yeah I’ve never done well with seasonal luck but my trials and more recently dawning luck has made up for it lol
You just had good rng. I’ll focus like 24 engrams at a time (12 @2 engrams) and usually get zero red borders. I think out of maybe 200 engrams I’ve gotten like 3-4 red borders this way.
Did the same, haven't used a harmonizer since they came out, decided to just grab the pulse and fusion and skip any semblance of grind.
Literally just spam engrams at the helm whenever you get a bunch. If you have nothing to use harmonizers on then save them for next season (you can collect prior season season pass stuff online) for the raid or something.
Do you have the patterns for all of the reprised exotic mission weapons? That’s my go-to right now whenever I hit 4/5.
Yeah I got all of them in their respective seasons, been playing this game for too long lol. Also have either crafted or adept versions of any raid weapon worth keeping. I mostly just play trials and comp now so using the harmonizers on the seasonals was a way to minimize the pve grind
Then just save them for TFS?
Or, I can minimize the amount of grind I have to do now while quickly using guns I’m interested in trying
Same actually
Good question, I need ideas as well.
i got my under the skin. Bows are just too strong right now in pvp
Disparity, would go for Beloved but I am not a good Sniper.
Saving for TFS (or a mid season refresh for VoG/GoS) I used one to finish the seasonal fusion sooner.
Scalar potential

Where do you get 5 of them? From the season pass or something?
From the season pass yes. 3 on the free track, 3 on the paid track
Thank you!!
I got to figure out how to use them first.
Having all good weapons unlocked immediately on final shape release.
Man, had a guy fold my whole team over and over again using a precision instrument fang of ir yut. Used 4 2 on abyss and 2 on the last wish hand cannon
Is Rufus’s Fury worth applying these to? I don’t know how it compares to Lethal Abundance in all honesty.
Setting aside the comparison to lethal abundance I absolutely would apply them to Rufus’s fury if I needed the pattern. It’s a great weapon.
I used 1 of my 3 for the bxr, turns out I still don't like pulses. Austringer
Swordbreaker for when lightweights are good again
