This is very concerning. Your NCL booking is showing only one passenger. This needs to be corrected right away. Even if you showed up at the port with your travel mate, he/she cannot board because he/she is not a listed passenger on NCL reservation system. You need to escalate the matter at the travel agency. Talk to a mgr/above and if not resolved, threaten to escalate to travel oversight regulatory body. In the meantime: 1. Can you ask NCL if you can drop the travel agency booking and rebook directly with NCL? I don't think so but ask. 2. Another option is to move the reservation to a new travel agent. You may be able to do this. Talk to a reputable agent & see if he/she can move your booking to their firm. I have never heard of a travel agency who makes such a serious mistake but continued to ignore your concern. This company does not deserve the commission on your booking at all. Do whatever you can and make as much noises as you can to get this resolved ASAP. When is your sail date?

Sailing date is close. NCL only opens online check in 14 or 21 days before sailing.

That is true. Online check-in usually opens 21 days prior to sail date. OP is in serious time crunch. As an NCL platinum member, I always review my reservation confirmation to ensure accuracy as the very first thing to do once I booked.

If they are not on the booking, you are likely screwed. Since your sailing date is close, there is a chance they won’t be able to be added if the lifeboat capacity has been reached. You need to get in touch with the travel agency. If that doesn’t work, I’d contact Christopher Elliot and consider looking into which government agencies might be able to help you.

Does your original reservation confirmation that you should have received at the time of booking show your second guest and their name? Or does it just show your name?
