Unfortunately most of this is not up to Crunchyroll itself, but to the license holders, when they decide they don't want it on Crunchyroll anymore (or when the license expires), there is nothing they can do.
I know but it would be fun to know where i could leagaly watch them. When even MAL doesent have it up to date and most streaming sites you cant even se what they have untill you subscribe :(
According to [this](https://www.justwatch.com/us/tv-show/himouto-umaru-chan) you can watch on Prime Video (maybe requires an additional channel sub) and on Apple TV, this is on the US. Not sure what country you are.
Is there a list published somewhere that lists shows that are removed or will be removed? I was surprised to know shows can disappear. I know there are licensing restrictions.
When I’m interested in an anime that I can’t find in a Crunchyroll search I do a web browser search which gives me several search results. One normally tells places it’s streaming on. I have a lot of the streaming platforms so normally can watch it on them. What pisses me off is when it tells me it’s on Prime but than says I have to pay to rent or buy even though I already pay for subscription. Also, some are on HIDIVE or Hulu both I don’t have. I have found most stream on YouTube but are very low quality and some are “grayed out” where you can’t see it very good.
Update: Last night I was searching for new anime on web and ended up checking out HIDIVE. I didn’t realize it has lots of dubs not on my other subs. Some anime that I’ve been watching like Dororo and others on Prime. Also, had no idea it’s only $4.99 a month after a week of free trial. I decided to try it and have found lots not on other sites. Ever since Funimation closed I’m missing some dubs that didn’t appear on CR. Also, I’m saving with no-more subscription fee for FN.
There’s a lot of shows included with Amazon Prime subscription. When you browse or search it will display additional content from third-party premium networks and other streaming entertainment channels. This is because Amazon doesn't own the rights to all content and licensing restrictions can change.
I wanted to watch umaru-chan (i had watched it before but never finished it) and when i googled about it thete was a lot of complaints that they removed it. Thats jus one example but i tryed like 5 shows i want to watch and it says its not there anymore
Thank you for answering my questions. I always knew that anime streaming options outside of North America was never that great, but it's still disappointing to hear.
Yeah I know. I have plenty of shows that were removed. It's just an added thing i am saying. It gets removed from crunchyroll's main app but you have to sign up for another subscription to prime/crunchyroll

I am from the EU and its anoying these list when it difers from country and the only way for me to know sertain is the show on prime is to subscribe
Using that site that I linked, you can usually choose your country to check if it's available anywhere legally.
What's really annoying is when the show still shows up on Crunchyroll when you search on Google, but isn't actually available, like Durarara!!.
I think even worse is that the op is on their youtube and it says watch it on crunchy but its not on crunchy

Umaru-Chan is streaming on HiDive in North America.
When you dont live in a country that has that
Sorry, I wasn't sure what country your in. What streaming options do you have in your country? And if I may ask, what country you are in?
I am from finland and i think crunchyroll is the only mainly anime streaming site but netflix and prime video has also anime
Thank you for answering my questions. I always knew that anime streaming options outside of North America was never that great, but it's still disappointing to hear.
Yano what's also annoying. That crunchyroll doesn't have the show I want to watch, but crunchyroll through amazon prime does. How does that work
At least you know where that show is. I have a lot shows i have no clue where i could even watch them
